The d looks like what you would expect for 1s going against 2s. The offense is sad to say the least. The biggest positive we got so far is the new kicker made one.

Im here for it. Give me consistent playoff appearances and winning seasons on a broader spectrum than catching lightning in a bottle.

Is this what it feels like to have a real GM?

I get the sentiment and the fact we seem to have a real GM is definitely something to be happy about.

Was gonna add on about that specific play, but instead of beating that dead horse, wanted to just say we still have yet to see the starting offense as a whole in terms of personnel and positions. Interested to see what the finalized line looks like, and will reserve judgment until after at least the first real game. If we can get at least half of what I expect from this defense on offense it will be an exciting season.

3rd team = real bad, cuts are obvious, and the 3rd string oline will be slinging insurance soon. 2nd team = competitive and not awful 1st team O = unknown 1st team D = will be elite, got gashed on a run and then got an int.

So the kicker we brought in at the start of camp just drilled a 54 yd fg and we still have slye, this is ok.

I would love to take Howell but theres no way we will be able to snag him with this defense. Putting some long term glasses on, I would love to take Malik, let him set a year and hope to have him break out in year 2. I say this regardless of Darnold does this year.

Should be 4-0 in the beginning, could easily see us being 3-1 with one wtf game. Anything less will cause a well deserved meltdown.

Fully agree I was talking depth specifically. That lineup is our best until proven otherwise. Really hoping TMJ ends up being that Moose type of player we have been sorely missing for so long.

Every year I start with the attitude we will be undefeated, and then reality sinks in once we earn that first L. I know we will lose at least one head scratcher, but hope we pull out at least 2 upsets. Feel like the saints will regress heavily and our D will get us more wins than losses this year. Playoffs or a terrible spot in the draft is my prediction. Don't see us cracking the top ten in the draft after the season.

Forever or ever? This may be the most stacked WR corps I have ever seen suit up for this team. I remember constantly keeping an eye on the waiver wire due to our struggles to field a good group of WRs

He's doing an incredible job of it so far. Its nice to see some competency in the GM spot for once.

This d-line could evolve into one of our best ever. Pretty amazing with what we've seen lately with one or two dominate players there, the whole line feasting would be pretty amazing.

Based on Sundays showing this should be easy for the staff to make. Hate that some guys had a bad day, but they picked the absolute worst time to have a bad day. Some will squeak through out of need for the remainder of preseason or beyond, but I dont think we will see any headscratchers minus possible injury settlements.

Came in to say just this. He is done and it was obvious when they stopped calling pass plays. I feel like they have seen enough and he will be gone before the season starts, but will stay around as a camp arm until then unless someone comes available before then.

Thats the effort I'm hoping to see during the regular season. Good job Luvu
