We just traded away the only RB in the NFL I'd be comfortable giving a longterm deal too. RBs are not hard to find and the difference between a below average to even an above average one is minimal. There are a few elite talents but even they fall off after a few years

I think its very fair to say that in order to be a successful QB in the modern NFL you have to be able to create out of structure. You don't need to be Cam Newton but you have to be mobile enough to create passing lanes. Brady is the only good QB I can think of that somewhat defies this but his pocket prescence is great. that's what concerns me about stroud (and I'm a fan). he doesn't seem to do well when things break down

I hate to say it but the more I think about this the more I think we should have pulled the trigger. Those picks could be top 5. If we somehow nail QB this offseason you are poised to take top flight talent or trade down every year and build a wealth of picks for years to come to continue to surround your young QB with young talent..... Rams have dipped at the well one too many times and eventually the bill is coming due and they are going to be TERRIBLE

I am firmly in the "don't trade burns" camp. But the Rams might be BAD like REALLY BAD in those years. Those might end up being top three picks
