  1. he probably will take a job somewhere for next year but personally I would sit out a year. You get to take 1.5 years off work and make million of dollars. spend some time with your fam. rest, relax, go on a couple vacations. in the meantime all you do is build your desire for multiple programs as they salivate at the thought of you turning their program around.
  2. not trading for stafford. and particularly not trading multiple first round picks for watson were the best things Rhule did during his time here we would be looking to dump stafford right now if we had traded for him
  3. Admittedly I have watched CJ stroud WAY more than these other guys but barring something catastrophic I can't see him falling out of the number one spot
  4. wouldn't shock me, historically teams do really well the week after a coach is fired. That being said I feel bad for Wilks, he won't get a fair chance at this job
  5. Nah I think the Jimmy Clausen team was worse. That team was one of the worst NFL teams ever. This team is just normal bad
  6. I mean CJ Henderson isn't good but if that's your biggest issue with this team LMAO
  7. Then tepper can play the "I'm actually a loyal guy" card, if Rhules leaves. In reality all Tepper cares about is $
  8. I'm truly starting to believe Tepper and Rhule are playing a game of chicken of who will blink first. Tepper firing Rhule and rhule collecting a payday. Or Rhule quitting for a lucrative college deal
  9. This seems weird to report with the timing of Rappaports report from this weekend. I think it's well known if the Panthers have another losing season Matt Rhule is likely gone, hell Matt might leave himself. Dan Quinn was actually a solid coach in ATL. I much prefer Flores.
  10. who amongst us hasn't had security called on them at least once? Just me ok then
  11. totally agree. It's not Greg's fault Hurney put all of his eggs in his basket and talked him up to be a legit first round LT
  12. The more I see of Panthers post Brady the more I believe Matt Rhule was handcuffing him / Brady was handcuffed by terrible QBs (Also Matt Rhule's fault)
  13. for the right offer there are very few players I wouldn't trade, given realistic trade value (i.e. no one is giving up two first rounders for DJ) I'd say we should keep: Offense- Ickey, Moton, DJ Defense- Burns, Horn, Chinn You could pretty much talk me into trading everyone else on the team, including CMC
  14. I think actually he has a lot of promise. My theory is that Joe Brady pounded the table for him and Fitt agreed but he wasn't one of "Rhule's guys". Therefore Rhule has him in the doghouse but Fitt won't move on from him. I think a regime change might be what he needs
  15. will be interesting come seasons end who is where. I really like Stroud. I think he can make every throw on the field and has the most potential out of all these guys.
  16. Can we please move on from Trumptalk
  17. Fitt doesn't have final roster say, this is all on Rhule lol
  18. I don't blame any fans who chose no longer to waste their time, money or energy on this franchise. Tepper is ruining it for all of us.
  19. I mean it made ZERO sense to not fire him in January. Quit wasting our time, quit wasting this franchise's future. He is not an NFL HC. You're a business man Tepper: Rhule is a sunk cost. Cut ties, move on and start moving forward
  20. idk the giants look like they're ready to run through a wall for Daboll. Meanwhile i can't imagine our players would give a chip to Rhule right now
  21. I've said this before and I will say it again. There are three basic NFL coaches Coaches that make you actively better: Few and far between. Belicheck obviously comes to mind first Coaches that are as good as their talent. AKA won't win you games but won't lose you games with boneheaded decisions. Majority of NFL coaches fall here. Think Jim Caldwell. Coaches that actively make you worse. It's hard to get this far and be this bad at coaching so these are almost as rare as the first category. Urban Meyer. And yes Matt fuging Rhule
  22. I challenge someone to make the case he ISNT the worst coach. McCarthy has had sustained success in the past, albeit, with Rodgers.
