the duality of the huddle

we have a top down problem which started the minute he got hired. He has systematically dismantled this team piece by piece since arriving. He has destroyed the team culture, our reputation around the league, our stadium and even tried to remove traditions. His hirings have been nothing short of unmitigated disasters and those hirings have borrowed from the future time and time again to preserve their jobs in the short term. Not to mention the coaching and draft talent has been abysmal. We are rotten to the core right now and it will take another clean rebuild and years of time to get back to being competent. The problem is I don't trust him to do anything correctly anymore

this needs to be the pinned thread until he shows a modicum of competence

well we went from a competent franchise to the laughing stock of the league

I don't think there was a single good outcome today in terms of being hopeful about the Panthers

I don't think at this point anyone can tell any Panthers fan how to fan. Tepper has eroded all good will since arriving here. He's dismantled any culture we previously had. fug he even tried to get rid of Keep Pounding You want to be the most negative human on the planet? Go ahead. Tepper has earned it You want to remain positive and hope it's going to get better? Fine too You want to stop watching because it's a waste of your Sundays? Agree. I'll just continue to come here to commiserate with you all until hopefully we turn the corner one day. Don't know when that will be.

that' a very fair point, I don't think Canales is a good HC either but Tepper has shown zero ability to get a good HC and it's only going to get harder now

I really don't see how yall aren't getting me saying I'm fine with moving on from Bryce I'm just pointing out we have issues which extend beyond him. Maybe if I say this it will stop the replies. Bryce is our number one problem. However we have a lot of problems

Nah this is exactly what I don't want. I'm totally fine if we move on from bryce but I'd much rather get a new HC to pair with a new QB than get a new QB and fire canales one year later only to have a new HC who doesn't have his QB...

I can buy week 2 but again we are not a good team rn. I'll be fine if we move on from Bryce at the end of this year but yall are kidding yourself if you think this team is a competitor with Brock Purdy at the helm

IDK if they are terrible but they certainly are not a GOOD team, neither is Arizona nor Jax and all three have kicked our fuging ass

again, I'm not a Bryce stan but to act like the team doesn't suck too is what landed us with Bryce in the first place (overestimating how close we were to competing)

I agree, hence why I am not a Bryce stan but we all need to stop pretending we are a QB away from being a competent team

to add to this: he was an OC for one season and the team he left actually got better once he did Also I'm pretty sure we were his only HC interview

I agree however as I have stated before I have literally zero faith in tepper to get the next hire right. Every single decision he has made has been an unmitigated disaster.

AT is riding the bench in Minny so I'm still not sure why he forced his way out. I think something happened behind the scenes and the relationship wasn't able to be salvaged

My point is this team is far more rotten than just Bryce I'm about ready to nuke the entire roster outside of basically 4, 8, and 95 and a couple other decent players/young guys

Believe me I'm not a blind Bryce stan, but this game isn't on him. Sure he's missed a couple throws and hasn't been perfect but the coaching, O line, poor tackling, abysmal special teams and mental mistakes have been our downfall.

he's been great all year stats back it up again we got him for basically nothing. He doesn't have to be an All Pro for this to be a win for Dan Morgan
