  1. I agree, IMO Higgins stock is only going to get lower (see Brian Burns trade value). Makes sense to wait and let Cincy assure their own mutual destruction
  2. We aren't trading for Higgins yall
  3. totally agree. The fundamental problem with Tepper is he has had success elsewhere in life and in his narcissism truly believes he knows better than everyone else.
  4. Trading Burns for a second and fifth round pick is asinine. When you turned down the Rams offer you chose to re-sign him. It's your own fault for not doing it earlier. Play hard ball with him, if needed let him play on the franchise tag or sit out. But eventually he would have come around and we could have worked out a deal with him
  5. Panthers have a Tepper problem. We keep pointing the finger at different people Hurney, Rhule, Fitterer and now Morgan, when the only constant in these bad decisions is Tepper
  6. we've been fuged since Tepper bought the team. We won't be unfuged until he either sells or truly let's go (don't kid yourselves into believing he's in the "background" now. He hired Dan so Dan could be his new puppet)
  7. Again i have no problem with a rebuild but you should not lose assets for less than their value
  8. I'm actually fine with this as long as they draft a young guy. Bring the young guy along slowly and let Corbett handle the job for next year
  9. I think you elucidated exactly why he's still here. Tepper views Evero as an asset, a coach that can get average level play out of below average talent. (now whether that happens remains to be seen, I don't think anyone could produce a pass rush with our current roster) I don't think Tepper gives a fug about Evero's feelings/future job prospects.
  10. you're probably right, but every year people fall lower than people think. I should have also included Graham Barton in my OP he can play C too
  11. Our pass rush will be the worst in the league bar none unless we sign some major players in the next few days
  12. Rashid Shaeed is the guy I really would like for us to look at as a speedy WR. I'd love to re-sign Curtco but sounds like he is going to the Chiefs. Have a strong feeling that WR and C will be the picks at 33 and 39, some combination of Ladd/Keon Coleman/Leggette and JPJ/Zach Frazier
  13. Oh don't get me wrong I'm totally fine gutting this team but you don't light assets on fire just because you are moving to a new house
  14. did yall watch the bears game this year? The game we would have won despite having no fuging offense if we had even a semblance of a pass rush? We now have the worst offense in the league and the worst pass rush in the league. Undisputed.
  15. I'd MUCH rather have just paid Burns that salary than get fuging peanuts for him. The day we decided NOT to trade him to LA is the day we had to sign him. Now we just get fuged
  16. the entirety of twitter is clowing us right now. I am so fuging tired of being the laughing stock of the league. fug you Tepper
  17. I'd argue if Burns were draftable he would be the top rated defensive player in this draft even at his age soooo I would ask for 6
  18. sounds like it's not quite as close as Sheena indicated. also sounds like 6 is off the table which is a shame because I would actually take 6 overall in this draft over the Rams deal tbh
  19. they probably will but I don't think Kirk is good enough to win a superbowl. so they are liking going to get their ass kicked in round one by Detroit and then be in purgatory for a few more years.
  20. this is suprisingly low, Panthers should be stapling this to any Burns negotiation. 30 million is an unrealistic ask IMO
  21. I realize this fanbase is down on Burns but pass rushers are still king in the NFL and I guarantee Burns would be a sought after commodity, especially if his camp comes to their senses and lowers their asking price
  22. I personally think Burns is more valuable than Higgins but Cincy is very stubborn I doubt they even trade him
