It’s generally been assumed Rhule has always had “final say”… …but the original poster has”confirmed” nothing — neither he nor Alexander have seen the contract and they have no idea what kind of “language” it contains.

The Dophins just hired their 2nd consecutive minority Head Ball Coach, and are being awarded draft picks for doing so. The Dolphins employ a black GM (Chris Grier) who has been in place since 2016...been with the Dophins for 22 years and worked his way after starting as an area scout. Both QB's on the Dolphins roster are minorities (1 black, 1 pacific islander). Of the 7 SVP's listed on the website, 3 are black (and 4-of-8 including GM who is over them). Interestingly, the balance of Flores's coaching-staff that is still listed on their website includes 4 black men out of 20 total coaches. Sure looks like as an organization the Dolphins are quite "diverse" and if any of the 3 primary "control" executives (Owner, GM, Head Ball Coach) could have stood to pick up his game from a diversity/hiring perspective... ...it was Brian Flores.

All the negativity is entirely reminiscent of the huddle narrative surrounding this guy during/after his senior season...

…will any of the whiny ones bitch their way out of town? Packers have made it clear they have no intention of letting Whiny Aaron walk, as well they shouldn’t. This off-season will be a real acid-test for the NFL in terms of holding players to their contractual obligations, or not… …will be interesting to watch.
