If you look at his Wiki he's had a handful of legal issues that probably turn teams off at that level of responsibility. Nothing major but weird hothead stuff. All the publicly available info is very old news and really not a big deal... ...there's something else out there, something serious, that is keeping him from getting a look as a Head Ball Coach.

The NFL is absolutely at this crossroads right now... ...personally I expect the owners will not allow the League to travel the same path the NBA has so laughably trod.
