Don't be obtuse. The tag doesn't carry the weight it did. Players have sat and won the stare down recently. I haven't heard any indications that will happen but it is possible until he says it's cool. Do you really believe there's even a minuscule sliver of a chance he'd "stare down" the tag?

Appears has hasn't had any trouble for over a decade. Looks like it all hinges on the results from the blood tests. Given the high profile nature of the case I'm surprised the testing wasn't expedited.

Just curious. Some interesting info in it that isn't being reported anywhere in the press. Key factors in the report seem to indicate (a layman's read) significant blame is to be placed squarely on the shoulders of the owners of the two vehicles parked in traffic which were involved in this unfortunate, avoidable, and horrible-for-all accident.
