Because they may not have anyone offering them anything for him.....? If he's eligible to play in the NFL the Texans will want to keep him around.
-
Why would they ever cut him?

Do you believe in the concept of innocent until proven guilty? If so, does it always apply? Or only when you deem it suitable?

Perfect description of the attorney for the injured party in the Britt Reid case. Grandstanding for a sympathetic cause, no problem. Same for some women facing up against against an enormously wealthy and powerful QB, problem. Seems inconsistent.

Harvey Weinstein got 23 years in prison for a series of incidents which were never reported to the police.

Oh my... Amazing that McNair is able to convince so many women to go public with salacious lies of this sort. The guy must have one helluva network.

In the court of public opinion settling would serve as an admission of guilt. As we saw in the Richardson case, "confidential" settlements don't always remain that way. Slippery slope settling is...

Yea, the party have to pay for jury too that’s why most civil cases have no jury. There’s a reason it’s civil and not criminal. Attached is a bit blurry but in the complaint against Watson a jury trial is specifically requested. FYI.

Not when he was on video leaving an establishment known for human trafficking. I have no issues with guys having a rub and tug from people that choose to do it. I do have issues with women being enslaved to perform it. Surely you see the difference. You'd be well served to go back and re-examine the facts of the case as the truth is in diametric opposition of your "human trafficking" and "enslavement" assertions. The rhetoric you are propagating is/was completely fabricated and was quickly proven as such. @joemac, see what I mean?

So one of the basic tenets of our entire country - Innocent until PROVEN guilty, is not acceptable to you? Sarcasm. I fully believe in it.
-
Innocent until proven guilty. I'm all for it... ...no longer acceptable with the Sand Hill Road and Hollywood elite... ...they are now in control.
-
Not acceptable pal...

I believe you done filled up that 10-gallon aquarium at this point...

Deshaun Watson has lawsuit filed against him by Tony Buzbee
SizzleBuzz replied to Verge's topic in Carolina Panthers
Deshaun is running with the wrong people... ...a basic evaluation of his "team" within the constructs of the Nadler-Tushman Congruence Model would clearly indicate as such. -
Did he? If it were your sister DW "committed civil assault" on would you feel the same way?
-
Kraft's paramour was a willing participant... ...surely you understand the difference?
-
So which case do you believe Deshaun Watson's current travails should be compared to? The proper comparable in your opinion is?
-
Unfortunately I believe you are correct about this. Fortunately it appears Rhule does have a moral compass and since he's in charge there's hope (as evidenced by certain immediate exits on his arrival as well as current exits).
-
You're smarter than this.

I'm not suggesting Whiny Watson is guilty of anything... ...but the Huddle Court of Opinion certainly is giving him a complete pass vs. any other player (or executive) in recent times who has been accused of anything remotely close to this! Hmm, I wonder why....??
-
Actually, it appears he is.
-
You can't possibly believe this. It would be impossible execute such a ruse without getting caught... ...you should be embarrassed for even suggesting as such.

AB served an 8-game suspension.

player vs owner. diff situation. diff circumstances. diff timing etc NFL will not kick out Watson without criminal charges at the very least. these civil suits that anyone can pay women to claim / make wont cut it. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Did you give Antonio Brown the same benefit of the doubt?
