Everything that Kampala talks about on Alec Halaby has to do with Pederson’s tenure with the eagles. There is no mention of Alec Halaby dysfunction on Sirianni tenure with the eagles. Just says he should be cautious with what happened with Peterson. The Analytics dept is in contact with the coaching staff/GM/Owners to discuss players stats and what plays have seemed to work in prior games, but they do not call the plays or select the players all they can do is give their opinion!

You said it yourself that Halaby has never been mentioned to be a part of the problem. Carolina hasn’t had any personnel that has been close to candidates like Halaby in probably over 7+ years. Or a majority of the candidates being considered. I’ve heard people mention Dan Morgan as the GM if so they would have already hired him. IMO I would say name Ed Dodds as GM, and then either Brandt Tilis/Alec Halaby/Mike Greenberg

Mr. Scot you always claim to be the most knowledgeable person on these forums but can never show proof of what you claim, or at least information that isn’t at least 3 years old. You say Halaby may be a reason that the eagles coach may get fired, but can’t show a place where that is said except for something like the enquirer where all stories are true. All front office personnel has contact with the owners and other personnel in the organization including coaches, but the coaches coach the games. I’ve never seen a VP on the sideline or the coaches box calling in the plays when you see one especially Halaby send me a video even better post it on the forum for us all to see. Because no matter what I post you always have a problem but no proof to back up any of your claims or why whatever I say is wrong!!!!!!!!

Only thing this article was written 4-6 years ago! Just my opinion most people grow in that amount of time when you take like a 33 executive that is 38 now, but will be 39 by the time season starts. Usually a person grows personally and professionally over that length of time. So if you could come up with a more updated article it would give you more credit about the person Halaby is now!

Alec Halaby may be analytics, but been working with the GM and been carrying some GM duties since 2012, but also been doing a lot of the scouting duties without ever being listed as a scout. Your right about Brandt Tilis always in Front Office but he oversees the scouting departments, right hand man to GM, and one of the smartest guys when it comes to football!! You’d have to listen to the 1 interview that he has ever given that’s been recorded!

I’d like to see the Panthers hire 1)Alec Halaby or keep 2)Dan Morgan Jr as GM, Brandt Tilis hired as VP of Football Administration or Football Operation, and then probably elevate Adrian Wilson to Assistant General Manager. Elevate In-house or hire someone to become the VP-Player Personnel, and that would be doing a Front Office refresh!!
