Win or lose, there will always be negativity about the QB play. At least Bryce didn't lose the game for us like he has done in the past with costly turnovers. We are a bottom dwelling team and we just beat other bottom dwelling teams. Today's win was a TEAM win, offense scored enough, defense got turnovers when it mattered, and special teams won it. I would argue that Chubba has won us games. He scored to 2 TDs last week, and the game winning TD on a 16 yd run. We have seen a good RB and a bad RB in the same game with the same line (Chubba vs Sanders). Chubba's 5 yard runs are so vital to Bryce to make 2nd and 3rd down manageable, Canales for some refuses to give him more touches. A struggling QBs best friend is a good run game. CMC, Saquan, Henry are all thriving because they are around a talented team for sure. Our talent is nowhere near that, but I do believe that at least our O-line is good enough for a good RB. At the end of the day, everyone has an opinion.

Is the Rb position devalued, absolutely. At the same time, it's not guaranteed that Brooks is going to be an ALL PRO rb. Chubba has earned it, sign him now and don't let him hit free agency, so there won't be a bidding war for him. Don't throw away something that is already good, hoping for something to be good.

I think the difference maker will be our O-line vs their D-line. Their defense has the most sacks at 35 for the year. Our O-line is banged up, and if Bryce plays, he does very poorly with pressure. I do expect Bryce to struggle. Our defense can't stop anyone, even a bad Daniel Jones will be enough to score points on our D. Honestly, I'm not surprised that Giants are favored.

Keeping Johnson and losing him in the offseason and not getting anything in return is worse. At least we got a pick out of this. Even if we pick a long snapper in the 5th it contributes more to this team. And who says we are going to use the Ravens pick, this is just more ammo for Dan to package into a deal and maybe move up. He has shown that he's not afraid to wheel and deal in the draft.
