  1. They had Brady graded as a 2nd round guard and 3rd round tackle but I agree with everything else you stated. Problem is, we passed on Creed Humphrey for TMJ who’s been invisible while Humphrey has been lights out. We also had Trey Smith fall in our laps in the 6th round but decided to pick a damn long snapper. Smith has looked great starting for the Chiefs this year. Slater makes the Pro Bowl as a rookie LT but we didn’t want him because he also had short arms. We could’ve easily fixed our O-Line this past draft by picking Slater in round 1, Creed Humphrey in round 2 and Trey Smith in round 6. The problem is our coaching staff and back office thought what they had put together at O-Line was good enough to win with and we took luxury players.
  2. If his arms were an inch longer he could’ve easily grabbed him.
  3. We had a great view of the guy running on the field. We were cheering him on and thankful he distracted us from the game. He looked worried about getting tackled and kind of fell to the ground instead of taking the hit.
  4. I was thinking the same thing. It’s really cute how everyone thinks other teams will bend over backwards to help us get more picks plus the players we need.
  5. He’ll be long gone by the back half of the 1st and let’s not get cute with our pick. It’s time to start fixing problems.
  6. I’m just glad he finally did it. I was losing hope.
  7. It doesn’t matter. We’ll let Zylstra squib kick when it’s our turn to kickoff at the beginning of the half. Outside of that, we don’t need a kicker.
  8. We passed on Creed Humphrey for TMJ, it would be nice if they tried to develop him. Truth is he looked pretty good until Darnold threw some hospital balls his way.
  9. He’s also not developing our rookies. For the life of me I can’t figure out why he won’t play Christensen at LT and Brown at Guard. They can’t possibly be worse then what we’re fielding.
  10. I’m basing the statement off of on the field results. If you can’t see our team has regressed then you’re too stupid to drive.
  11. At this point in the 2012 season our team was improving and we saw light at the end of the tunnel. Matt Rhule hasn’t fixed one problem that existed before he got here. Our o-line is a train wreck and I’m sorry, there’s no way Brady could be worse than Erving or Daley at LT. Erving might be able to help us at LG but we’ll never know with Rhule in charge of personnel. Someone tell me how Deonte Brown is worse than all of these horrendous interior lineman we keep trotting onto the field. Rhule isn’t trying to find answers, he’s more focused on proving he was right to begin with. It’s ok to be wrong, it’s not ok to continue being wrong. That dumb motherf**ker has never owned up to being wrong about anything in his life.
  12. Rhule’s unwillingness to play Brown and Christensen is the main reason I want him gone asap. The rebuild will be a lot easier if we knew if either or both of those guys could help us. We know the other guys minus Moton aren’t the answer.
  13. Even if this is true Rhule will still screw it up. Count on Brady getting a few reps at RG, Erving plays 100% of the snaps at LT, 100% to Daley at LG and Deonte Brown will be inactive. I HATE MATT RHULE!!! We need Tepper to can this guy and instruct the interim coach to play the rookies.
  14. John Ellis is the man. I’m so over Rhule and glad Ellis is a real journalist.
  15. It doesn’t matter what we want. Rhule is determined to make Brady a guard.
  16. Which draft picks have been solid? Horn has been hurt, TMJ is invisible, Christensen sucks as a guard (Rhule won’t play him anywhere else unless he has to), Tremble shows promise but he’s the crown jewel so far, Chuba is nothing special, Nixon didn’t show much before he got hurt, Taylor was worth a 5th, our coaches think Dennis Daley and Michael Jordan are better than Deonte Brown, Shi Smith rarely plays, Rhule’s man crush Fletch will be forever remembered as the guy we took over Trey Smith and Big Snacc has shown potential. Tremble has had some nice plays but none of these guys have had much of an impact.
  17. They are competitive right now. We are not.
  18. It would be nice if Rhule would try to fix the problems that existed before he took the job. How could our o-line and quarterback situation be worse two years into a rebuild?
  19. Rhule took over a team with three areas of obvious concern and has fixed none of them in two seasons. He’s so arrogant he thought he could coach up guys like Erving, Eflein, Dennis Daley, PJ, Teddy and Darnold and solve all of our problems.
  20. People were posting in threads earlier about this being a long term rebuild. There’s a thread from last week where some guy claimed we’re more hostile to Rhule then we were with Ron in 2013. There are people here who still support Rhule.
  21. The rookies have a reason to play hard. Brown, Hoskins and Shi were late round picks. There’s plenty of incentive for them to give it 100%.
