I see your point, stick to your guns. I was actually talking a Prescott and 10th pick to Houston for Watson trade. Houston saves face replacing Watson with another young top 10 QB, and Houston gets the 10th pick in a draft where they have no 1st or 2nd rounder. Dallas adds Watson to a good Oline, Zeke Elliott, Cooper, Lamb, and Gallup to form a dynamic offense. Since both wear #4, it shouldn't be to hard to just change the names on the back

No doubt, but if your medical experts check the box with him, and you as an organization believe he is a go, then even though there is still a risk you gotta take that chance over a Sam Darnold every time.

As a Panthers fan I do not want to see it, and obviously there are a few variables to make it happen, but if I am Caserio I call Dallas. I would try for a package that included a sign and trade of Prescott and the 10th pick from Dallas. Not sure what else may be included, but getting your new franchise QB, who is also still young, and adding the 10th overall pick in a draft where you currently have no 1st or 2nd round pick may be the best scenario. Also, this trade sends him to the NFC. If I am Dallas I am interested as well. I get a top 5 QB in the league throwing to Cooper, Lamb, and Gallup with Zeke Elliott in the backfield too. The Cowboys had a lot of injuries on that Oline last year, those guys will be back to protect him, and they are a good group. The offense would be dynamic.

Green Bay - Watt is from Wisconsin, and played his college ball at Wisconsin. The Packers are a serious threat for a super bowl. Pittsburgh - His brother plays there, and they have are a contender. Tampa Bay - Defending super bowl Champs, contenders to succeed. Rams - Just got Stafford to fill their weakness on offense. Adding Watt to that defense, the Rams are contenders. Chiefs - Super Bowl favorites when healthy, playing next to Chris Jones should be tempting.

Rondale Moore is the size of Smitty, plays like Smitty, has that dog in him, and is unbelievable with the ball in his hands. At his size he squats over 600 lbs, and is expected to run low 4.3's. A guy moving that fast, with that kind of shiftiness, and that much power in his legs is a nightmare to tackle. Speaking of another Moore, Elijah Moore of Ole Miss is another Slot to watch. He can run all routes, has exceptional quickness, and creates separation. Here are options I really like on this very deep draft. This excludes obvious 1st round WR. Slot options: Rondale Moore, Elijah Moore, Dwayne Eskridge, Amon St. Brown, Tutu Atwell, Amari Rodgers, Shi Smith, Dazz Newsome, Demetrick Felton Outside WR to move DJ to slot: Terrance Marshall, Tylan Wallace, Josh Palmer, Dyami Brown

This would be a good option as well. Maybe Joe Brady can shed some light on Terrance Marshall who was outstanding at LSU this year
-
YES! Reminds me so much of Smitty, especially with the ball in his hands. Guy squats over 600 lbs and is expected to run in the low 4.3's

No, however Moore worries me with injuries. Rondale Moore reminds me a bit of Steve Smith

I can get on board with this. Take a gamble on Minshew, if it works out then icing on the cake. If it doesn't, then you are in position next year, and still have Minshew as a backup which is better than the current situation. Trade back from 8, grab another pick this year and a 2022 pick. I disagree with the OP for next year. If you combined all of 2021 and 2022 QB's into one group, I have them ranked Lawrence, Rattler, Howell, Wilson, Fields, Lance. There will also be a QB or two to come forward next year just like Wilson this year, and like Burrow last year.

Yes to all of this, especially Moton. It will be interesting to see what approach we take with a few like KK. Also, as much as I would like to keep Curtis, I just think it makes more sense to draft a slot guy later in the draft to replace him. I guess they could decide to keep Curtis and trade Robbie, but doubting that
-
And we have a few cuts that could add to this number
-
Not defending him at all, because if you make the trip and are on the sideline it is his job. However, I do wonder just how much Reid had his head in this game after what his son did.
-
Convince local Phillip Rivers to come out of retirement for one final season, while mentoring a young guy like Wilson, Lance, or Fields
-
Yikes! Moving on from Trubisky just to trade (2) 1st and your starting RB for Wentz
-
Good for CMC, I am now an even bigger fan.
-
Backup to Darnold for the Jets last year.
-
You want a surprise? Phillip Rivers decides to come home for one last go, while we groom a rookie under his wing
-
Tyrod Taylor

Ticket sales and jersey sales would benefit tremendously

They may want those deals, but I don't see either team making those deals. I don't think anything happens in February. Houston will give this as much as possible hoping he changes his mind, then ultimately will trade him in time to prepare for the draft.
-
Just read an article on fansided, where they proposed these 3 trades to cover the tweet from McCain saying what it would take to get Watson.
-
Tannenbaum is an idiot, wouldn't place much stock in what he says.
-
I can see the Texans trying to play hard ball, but as long as Watson stays the course, they will eventually have no choice. If the Texans stay stubborn through the draft, then they miss out on an opportunity to start the recovery/rebuild process. They have no 1st or 2nd this year, so it makes it even worse for them. They have a cloud hanging over their heads, that cloud eventually needs to be lifted for them to move forward

Not sure about a QB, but J. Ramsey did it going from Jacksonville to the Rams.
