  1. yeah - we are destined for the Play-In Tournament.. we could move into the 7vs8 game by hoping over Brooklyn and/or Toronto.. but with Durant back - I don't think either is truly 'catchable'.. we will probably be in the 9vs10 game but Atlanta is neck and neck with us -- so a home court game is on the line.. I could see us playing a home game & beating ATL then going on to topple Toronto if we are on our A+ game.. truly but there is a scenario where we drop below ATL and the Wiz leap over us too.. It's less likely but with the way we have been playing - it's not a lock we make the Play-In.. Hayward is gone until next year in my book..
  2. Na man.. gtfoh with this.. all the fuggin way out I can't stand the inconsistencies.. gtfo
  3. gimmie Willis.. but i'm just a dummy on the interwebs
  4. not to mention he was the 6th man of the year 2 seasons ago..
  5. Harrell = $9.7m for the rest of this year Ish ($4.5 - 2yrs) + Vern ($1.5 - 3yrs) = $6m
  6. Harrell is not a defensive stopper - even though he has an 'intimidating' attitude.. his offensive post game will be something nice to have though.. his energy and vet presence should be welcomed with open arms..
  7. i thought this was going to be a quiet deadline...
  8. would like to see if we can get a backup PG now.. Hayward's playmaking will be missed.. Terry can play PG a bit but just having an insurance policy would be nice..
  9. naw - we are just playing quality teams since Feb started.. we aren't up to task smh
  10. I've read that we might have a deal: PJ Washington to the Heat Marcus Morris + Omer Yurtseven + 2nd Round Pick to Charlotte I don't know if I like that but we need to get bigger and better on defense. This would do that. I have felt that we need to sell high on PJ cus we are definitely keeping Miles next year and giving him a big bag.
  11. I don't think it's imperative to make a quick-fix move.. we should just be patient and see how Kai progresses over the offseason.. Plumlee will become an expiring contract and Hayward's deal will become less painful as well.. oh.. and next year is Batum's last time he counts $9m against our cap.. we are years removed from an average of 3 bloated contracts on our payroll.. other than Hayward - im happy with where everyone is at.. MB will get paid this offseason - and we shudn't make a short-sighted move that makes it tougher to keep him.. he wants to be here and so will other guys to come play with Ball
  12. Holy Cow..... Sabonis, Lamb, Holiday = Haliburton, Hield, Thompson
  13. Actually Larry Nance & Snell were included...
  14. McCollum to NOP is a big deal for us - because if they make a push and make the Playoffs - we get their 1st round pick.. if they miss the playoffs - it turns into two 2nd Round picks..
  15. there is like is a 15% trade kicker in Hayward's deal.. meaning - if we trade him - we have to pay a 15% bonus.. so i doubt Jordan wants to send Hayward out for an expiring contract..
  16. So my expectations have gone way down over the past 2 weeks.. and just last night i came to terms with it all.. [tbh, i had to because my mental state was starting to resemble Sundays after a Panthers loss] anyways, I was originally thinking we could possible get into the Top 6 and maybe win a series.. "Let's trade for Turner to put us over the top!!" - I would say.. but it's obvious now that we aren't 1 piece away.. we are still too young to really compete against good defensive teams and when it gets into games that really matter - aka - playoff atmosphere.. still need to grow but the future is bright and i am comfortable with that.. for now
  17. that is exactly what I thought when i watched the clip.. i dont want to give the kid away - but I'd be more open to listening to offers for him or packages that involve him now.. for sure
