  1. How is that bias? I dont pull for him or against him I just watch the games. And I am certainly not the poster with him as my avatar. Look up every scouting report on him and they say the same. His arm is average and he gets happy feet and holds the ball too long when under pressure.
  2. I like Howell more than willis but that aint saying much. The only game I have seen of Corral was against bama and he looked okay but not really sure what his forte is. He is a bit small but doesnt run a bunch, not overly accurate, not really seeing how he is moving into the top 10. But overall we picked a bad year to be drafting a qb in the first. Seems to be a good/great year for Tackles and interior lineman
  3. https://thedraftnetwork.com/articles/sam-howell-2022-nfl-draft-stock-mid-season-tdn100 Oline or not he is at best an average athlete with average size with an average arm. Locks onto his wideouts and gets happy feet in the pocket. He did this last season with a good oline. He does throw a nice deep ball but I pray to God Darnold turns it around and we dont hitch our wagon to this. Like kungfo says someone will probably fall in love with him in the top 10 but he is nowhere near worthy. Where would he fit in this past years draft? Probably after Mac Jones. Thats telling.
  4. Yep. There is no viable plan B. I think some of the shine will come off of fit tremendously if Darnold doesn't get his poo together.
  5. We've traded for 2 corners picked in the top 10 for peanuts, drafted a productive corner in the 5th but yet somehow this front office feels like we can fix this oline by free agency and late round picks. Tell me again, why the fug didnt we draft Slater?
  6. If we have a top 10 pick I will go ballistic
  7. You want to hitch your wagon to this? I'll pass https://thedraftnetwork.com/articles/sam-howell-2022-nfl-draft-stock-mid-season-tdn100
  8. Have you seen this current crop of college qbs? Its a shitshow
  9. 100%. There isn’t a first round qb in this class that I have seen.
  10. We lose to the giants and we are going to have a top 3 pick.
  11. Fair. But a part of me thinks that good/great qb's can overcome bad coaching. Watson, Cam, Stafford, Ryan...... are a few examples of this. But yeah its early for him and I hope it works out because he seems like a good kid
  12. I would have been fine with Fields in the draft, granted its really early but he hasnt really been blowing folks away with his play as of yet. Looks the part just doesnt play like it.
  13. 1. Why did we extend Cmac when he had years (plural) on his contract? 2. Why did we extend Anderson when he had a year left on his and we spent a high pick on a wr in the draft and with Moore coming up as well? 3. Why did we pick up the 5th year option on Darnold? 4. Why didnt we address the oline in the draft? I am sure there are more but those are burning questions for me as we sit going down the tubes. For a brief minute it seemed like we were ahead of schedule in getting out from some bad deals but damn we are on the hook for a few more years with some dead weight.
  14. Fitterer better be on the phone this morning seeing what he can get for Robbie
  15. Season is not over yet. But lose 4 in a row and that 4rth being the Giants then yeah might as well call that a wrap. Once again 4 sacks and Sam not getting a lot of time. He may be permanently scarred. He is just too jittery when there is even slight pressure. That said I have no idea how to fix this. Two weeks ago I was thinking we were going to pick in the low 20's. Last week I though high teens. Today its looking like a top 10 pick. No way in hell we should trade out of a top 10 pick IMO
  16. We lose today we playing for draft position or we think we can turn it around?
  17. am I still supposed to be pissed at darnold after watching that?
  18. Thats on them, he was hurt when they drafted him
