  1. With our line I would be a bit nervous because of his frame. If he fell to us then I would be completely fine letting him sit the entire year to learn and bulk up. Let teddy win us 6ish games and aim for 2022 to make a serious run.
  2. I am still trying to figure out why in the hell Watson would even want to come here. We quite literally have no offensive line as it stands today. Why would he sign up for that?
  3. Lance at 8, a LT in the 2nd seems like best case scenario IMO. If all 4 are gone by pick 8 (which I seriously doubt will be the case) I think there is a good chance to trade back and target Mac Jones if the coaches like what they see from him from the SB. If we can pick up 2-3 more picks like that than we can expedite the process immensely. We can immediately rebuild the line and probably still get a solid corner prospect. Again that is if the coaches like a senior QB.
  4. Kid has what hey call a "live arm". Ball just explodes out of his motions. I can see why analysts compare his style to Mahomes. He is crazy accurate throwing deep and on the move. I doubt he falls to 8.
  5. Best receiving core in the league??????? godalmighty
  6. I am advocating not trading for Watson
  7. Some of ya'll crazy mofo's are putting Cmac on a damn pedestal. This is getting ridiculous. Although I can say the man has taken this team and put it on his back and willed us to a grand total of 28 wins in his 4 seasons with 5 of the wins when he didnt play.
  8. I think having the 3 injuries after force feeding him the ball in 2019 (for what I will never understand) is pretty telling. Faulk and Chris Johnson had a few more years after their best seasons that they were productive but man when it hits it hits hard and fast
  9. In theory if we got watson, we would have that offense for 2 seasons. And after that no up and coming talent to rely on due to giving up a lions share of capital for watson. And thats not even questioning how the hell are we going fix our line? In short, trading for Watson would be insanity
  10. He was our best offensive player. That was before we gave him over 700 touches in his first few years. Dude had 3 separate injuries and he just got paid for some god knows reason. He may still come back and be well above average but I dont think he will ever be as productive as he was in 2019 just due to the volume alone.
  11. With Ryans contract and the talent still on that roster I dont see the Falcons drafting a qb. That would pretty much signal a reset and they are not that far away. Their defense needs all kinds of help and they are in a great position to upgrade. Picking a qb is thinking 2-3 years down the road.
  12. His deep ball accuracy as well as his precision with throws while on the move are jaw dropping
  13. lololololololololololololololololololololololololololol lololololololololololololololololololololololololololol lololololololololololololololololololololololololololol
  14. https://theathletic.com/2318931/2021/01/18/zach-wilson-byu-highlights-aaron-roderick/ This is a fun watch. Kid has a rocket arm and throws dimes
  15. Unless the rookie qb comes in and blows the doors off of things I think Teddy will 100% at least start the season and probably play until the bye depending on how things are going
  16. Yep. Every season it seems someone "falls". And I still dont believe the Falcons and/or the Lions will go qb. That would be doing a giant reset on both franchises that dont need to be reset.
  17. I could easily see the draft playing out like that
