  1. How you doing bro? Reality set in yet?
  2. Might as well. Like you said there isn’t a starting tackle left on the board.
  3. He's just meh From the Athletic: WEAKNESSES: Average athlete by NFL standards...his arm length falls below the threshold for several teams...bad habit of planting his legsand doesn’t always stay accessible with his feet to answer counters...faulty body angles in pass protection...tends to get overaggressive and mistimes his punch, opening rush lanes for defenders...not a strong drive blocker in the run game...struggles to recover after a misstep and committed 14 penalties over his final two seasons in South Bend...doesn’t have proven versatility, playing only left tackle in college. SUMMARY:A three-year starter at Notre Dame, Eichenberg lined up at left tackle in offensive coordinator Tommy Rees’ scheme. He started every game there the last three seasons (2018-20), following in the footsteps of Mike McGlinchey (2016-17), Ronnie Stanley (2014-15) and Zack Martin (2010-13), all first-rounders in the NFL Draft (if Eichenberg is draftedin the first round, Notre Dame will have started a first-round left tackle in 139 of the last 141 games). Eichenberg is a fundamentally minded blocker and stays centered in his pass-sets, allowing his fierce punch and play demeanor to battle defenders. While he plays under control, his mistakes are usually costly, opening rush lanes and lacking the quickness to easily recover. Overall, Eichenberg does not have the athletic traits or length of past Notre Dame tackles, but he is strong at thepoint of attackwith consistent hands, technique and intelligence. Several NFL teams view him best inside at guard.
  4. How you doing? You going to apologize for showing your ass?
  5. They already stated he is the starter at LT
  6. Bluff for a trade out, the NFL wasnt in love with Fields as some on here
  7. We'll see but one thing is for sure Slater is going to start day 1. The next tier is iffy.
  8. They didnt even go to his 2nd pro day. We didnt want him, Mac and Fields apparently.
  9. The odds are stacked against you in finding an all pro LT after the first. None of the guys still left can come in and start. Darnold is fuged
  10. Here we go again, trying to thread the needle in the 2nd
  11. Whom pretty much everyone says was a reach at 8
  12. Thats a bit harsh. I do wish we could have offered our third to Det to flip picks. That might have worked
  13. As I sit here reading the articles/draft profiles about both Horn and Slater all I can do is simply shake my head. I feel exactly like I did a year ago and thinking "this poo again, we never fuging learn". At some goddamn point we have to draft a fuging lineman in the first round. This is insanity. How the fug can you think about putting together a playoff team without an offensive line. I have watched football for 40 years and this concept hasnt changed one bit in that timeframe. What am I missing that this team is seeing?
  14. Mac at 15 is incredible value. He just mindfuged the NFL again. Who gives a fug about a DUI?
  15. You have to, I mean the fuse is lit now. You cannot roll Darnold out there as things stand right now. And I doubt a 2nd round Left tackle is going to move the needle very much at this point. Once I get over this hangover I am going to finish what I started last night in going through the top left tackles in the league and seeing where they were drafted. So far its well over 80% in the first round. I am not liking our chances of finding a stud at 39. And I still think we are trading back. fug me why didnt we go slater? If we were going to reach might as well have been for a LT. I truly do not understand this poo
  16. There are some sensational IOL prospects and we need those I am just not bullish on any of the remaining tackles.
  17. Nope. All of the remaining ones have major concerns. I hope we just throw a ton of darts and hope one hits. I just dont understand this team sometimes.
  18. I agree 100% but holy hell I am just not understanding why we are not addressing the offensive line. This is insanity. Assuming we pick a safety
