Who is trading up and what are they giving up? Its a long way to go from teh teens to 4.

In my NFL watching career 3 players have been cant miss before trevor. Elway, Peyton and Luck. Trevor is every bit as good as them. Injury aside this kids floor is the playoffs every year assuming they build a line to protect him

People keep saying this but I dont see it. Where are they going and what are they getting? At their position they have their choice of the top talent at every position on defense. Something they need. You think they are going to drop back to the teens?

You are crazy about Wilson and Fields. Not sure why you guys are over hyping them like that. Fields negatives have been discussed ad nauseum on here and Wilson has one year of great play against way lesser competition. Not saying they are not good, (I personally love Wilsons arm) but once you start digging the last 3 have some major issues.

Dude Trevor is the only generational talent in this draft. And its easy to say this is the best because whenever there is a large qb class coming out half or more always bust. Its easy to say this class is the best in hindsight

I like the thought of Lance, I like his skill set. But you are fooling yourself if you think he is anywhere ready to play in the NFL for numerous reasons. Its going to take him a couple seasons at least just to adjust to the speed. If we take him at 8 (after careful evaluation) then I hope to hell we have a long term plan for him instead of throwing him to the wolves. And also that is why in my mind some of these mocks have Jones to us because he is ready to play day 1.

Whats an account bet?

One thing is for sure is that we will find out. This qb class isn’t that good. It’s not the best ever. Huge question marks on the last 3. A “win now “ team like Denver San Fran isn’t going to pick a project that needs seasoning like fields or lance. And I doubt they are trading multiple firsts to move up.

Dude Goff is there for 2 years due to his contract and philly is rolling with hurts. How many firsts would it take SF or NE to move to 2,3,4? I just dont think they have enough. We stay at 8 and might have our choice of the next 3 depending if the Jets stay with Darnold. If nothing else Lance will 100% be there at 8 if thats our guy.

I dont think Denver goes qb. I also think SF and NE are way too far back to move to 2,3, 4. Aint no way the last 3 have the ammo to go up that high

thats why we dont need to be in the business of moving up. We have a great 2nd round pick and tons of needs.
