  1. They both suck. With Darnolds history of missing time every year having PJ back him up scares the poo out of me if we are in a wildcard hunt
  2. Be that as it may he is woefully inaccurate. I wonder if fit at least tried to trade WG?
  3. I think we should cut both and sign a vet. Neither one will ever be a competent NFL starter
  4. Running back shelf life in the NFL is extremely finite
  5. The steelers GM should be fired for not offering a 4rth for Minshew. Same goes for the Colts. WTF are you guys thinking?
  6. you remember how you were adamant that 5 qbs were going in the top 7? And openly mocked me for saying there is no way it was going to happen.....Yeah I member
  7. I dont get why the bills would trade him since he is cheap and only get a 6th for him. I just dont understand things sometimes
  8. Between this and the Minshew trade I have no idea what some of the GM's in the NFL are thinking
  9. Yep. 100%. Thats why I still think a vet in the lockerroom helps Darnold out even indiscriminately vs PJ or WG. "Project" qbs just are not a thing anymore in the NFL. I mean were they ever? It sounds good in theory but it just doesnt work.
  10. I could see a team not letting will g clear waivers and having a look at him. PJ not so much. I think he would go straight to the PS and not pass go.
  11. I truly wonder when the huddle will finally realize that Walker is just not an NFL qb. Not saying Will G is but is he closer than PJ. I would prefer both cut and bring in a vet. PJ just doesnt have the accuracy. And to all of those that want to keep him as a "project", please point to this ever working in the NFL.
  12. I hear you but we watched the super bowl at his place a couple of years ago, he had big screens outside, huge bonfire and nobody even remotely close to worry about. There is something to be said to be that "remote" If I win the lottery I want some property in North Iredell, a downtown condo in Asheville and my house in Atlantic Beach.
  13. fug land. My best friend just retired to Hurdle Mills on 200 acres. Sounds like a nightmare with the upkeep and such. He goes days without see people but damn he is always cutting a tree down, mowing a field etc. Way too much work for me
  14. I get it, I really do but damn I had some fun in my youth in that city. Could I live there now as someone in their mid 40s? Hell no. Could I have staked my claim there when I was 21ish and still be living there.....I can see it. But I really like seattle, big city, hiking, boating, fishing. The real deal. But the women in NYC, Jesus H its like some sort of perverse dream
  15. In another life I would have loved to have lived there making good money. The fun you can have there is next level. My uncle is an actor living in Manhattan and has been since the 80's and he has made some nice coin over the years and has showed me a totally different world that most people never see.
  16. nah man you can ease people into situations, thats just human nature
  17. My top 4 cities in the USofA 1. Seattle 2. San Fran 3. NYC 4. Tampa Having said that, I love NYC, I have for years but I can easily see how someone might just get totally sick of living there no matter how much money you are making
  18. I have said it 1000 times on this board. Rolling Wilson out there is almost as dumb as rolling darnold out there in his rookie year. Whether people want to believe it or not, playing in NY with their fans and media is just a different ball game. Not too many 20 year olds can walk in and be a)Mentally prepared to be a NFL qb and B)be able to handle the scrutiny of playing in that city Throwing guys to the fire there is just fuging retarded. Whats the damn hurry? Wilson may well make it and be good but damn looking at their oline etc what is the damn harm in sitting him for at least 10-12 games if not the whole season? the whole is greater than the parts
  19. He got bullrushed at least 3 times last night badly. I will go back sometime tomorrow and watch the game and only focus on the oline but when I did last night Paradis and Miller looked like high school players.
