Yeah we are a mess but him interviewing for a GM spot isnt like some tell tale sign. Anyone with a pulse would go to that interview if a GM was your dream job. He is not turning it down

Between his not playing under center, his riskiness with the ball, his crazy immobility I just dont see the combine as a place where he shoots up draft boards especially if there is a bad medical on his knee

Nobody is debating any of that, although its widely acknowledged he has to clean up on some of this. However It would be borderline insanity to draft this kid in the first (or second) knowing he is never going to be anything more than an immobile qb. He will be a sitting duck the entire game because teams know he isnt going to scramble or hell even has the ability to scramble. It makes your offense one dimensional

Tepper is in a rush and lacks patience and will probably do something stupid in obtaining a qb. If they dont sign Jackson or Gilmore a CB might be in play at 6.
