  1. Winning 8/9 games with a qb on a 1 year deal is much much worse long term for this franchise. I mean what's the point? You going to resign jimmy to a multi year deal?
  2. How is it worth it? You really think Jimmy G can get this team in the playoffs? Its imperative we take our lumps with Darnold this year and start completely clean in 2023. Maybe i am the moron here because I am not seeing any value of bringing a hurt (expensive) Jimmy G here on a one year deal. He would win enough games to fug us in the draft but not enough to want to resign him to a massive starter deal
  3. Same question to you: Say Jimmy G wins the job and has about 9 wins on the season. Then what?
  4. Alright. Say Jimmy G wins the job and has about 9 wins on the season. Then what?
  5. But why? What purpose does he serve? The san fran staff is light years ahead of rhule and co and they fully recognize that Jimmy G aint it. Why would we want to try and win with him? It makes literally no sense to bring in either baker or jimmy. Like I dont give a fug how cheap they are trade wise or even if they would play for free. They are not the answer
  6. A) If he is cut why would he come here? B) For us to entice him here he is going to want a teddy b type contract fug that noise
  7. Because we would have to make him one of the highest paid players in the nfl and he ain’t worth it
  8. In regards to: 2. Hand size is most certainly an issue in gripping the ball when defenders are swatting at it. He has issues in college with a smaller ball 3. Not sure what you are reading or seeing but he doesnt really push the ball down the field with velocity. Thats a knock on him.
  9. If my dumbass can see through that you have to assume that a self made billionaire can smell through that bullshit. Make rhule play with the qb he traded for and all season gave props to. If he can win with darnold he deserves more time. He shouldnt get the chance for 4 qbs in 3 seasons. (5 if you count Walker)
  10. I know you are not, I am just saying in general its fuging retarded to "kick the tires" on any poo vet. Say we trade for him and he wins 8/9 games? Then what? We are in a poo draft spot and is he going to want a multi year deal with starters money. None of this makes sense. How the fug can these morons not see that and just roll with darnold one more year and clear the fuging deck and start completely fresh at the qb position? Its so incredibly simple but it seems like rocket science to this crap organization.
  11. For sure but what good is Mayfield here on a one year deal?
  12. Even cut he is going to want a multi year deal. fug that. And I don’t see the point of having him for one season.
  13. That doesn’t matter. and trading for either one of theses jackoffs would be incredibly stupid and short sighted.
  14. The book on him is that he holds the ball way too long and takes too many sacks. So Nystrom might be on to something here
  15. That has literally happened once in the history of the NFL, its certainly far from the norm. I wouldnt count that as some strategy into building a franchise. And like you say they had the flexibility of having the #1 pick. I would imagine they would have had to roll with Rosen otherwise. Teams simply dont pick a qb in the top 10 and move on after a year.
  16. A 2nd tier qb and a 2nd tier LT. Instead of a first tier elite tackle. I go with the latter every time.
