  1. Top pick will be tough but top 5ish is almost a certainty
  2. Ryan, burrow, Stafford, dak, Wilson, they all seem to be doing fine
  3. His dad should have kicked the cameras out after round 1
  4. If Corral can show he can run the offense with the 1's they would be absolute fools not to play him for a plethora of reasons. Rhule has to know trotting Darnold out there for 6-8 games is like signing your death warrant. He will not recover from that
  5. If you look at it like that then you have to look at next years 3rd as a potential 2nd since we probably will be drafting high again.
  6. From what I watched he is not a showboat punk, he is fiery but doesnt act like a manzial ass
  7. The shot of him getting drafted was brutal. Lot of emotion poured out with him and his family. Tough to watch.
  8. If he went to a bigger school and had a different offense then maybe. He can scramble and obviously has a big arm but the unknowns were obviously way too much to risk early
  9. It wasnt a constant for me, this just wasnt the year and we just saw why. The past 3 days is definitive proof of what the nfl thought about this class. I would have been over the moon with Fields from last year and have said all along 2023 has way more volume of top prospects then 2022. There are legit like 5 players that can go in the top 12ish.
  10. We win only 5 games next year Rhule is gone and we are drafting a qb in the top 5
  11. People keep saying that but they were never regarded as high as whats on deck. They both had a ton of poo they need to work on
  12. Which is why I have said if he grasps the offense you see what you got. Can he learn it in mini camps or training camp? Thats the main question
  13. Is Joe Burrow ruined, Stafford? Matt Ryan? Sometimes the kids are ready, just throw him out there if he can grasp the playbook.
  14. Kid is always going to be light. And if he learns the system then hell yeah throw him out there. If not we are probably drafting top 5ish again next year because we had to start Darnold.
  15. No poo, Corral is a 3rd round pick, run that motherfuger out there instead of Darnold. If he flops so fuging what. But I know rolling darnold out there that he is going to flop so whats the point
  16. Thats why I have said since we picked him that we (or the staff rather) should know really quickly if Corral can go from an RPO to a pro style offense. If he can then lets go, put him out there and see what happens. If he struggles fug it draft someone next year. IMO the only thing he needs to do is show he can grasp a more complicated offense.
  17. And now the adverse to that stat: Corral had a QBR of 42.2 when blitzed last season. No other drafted quarterback was below 70. Corral's average throwing distance when blitzed was 7.4 yards, 100th out of 124 FBS quarterbacks.
