    we can agree to disagree I dont think this roster is good at all. Its going to dip even more if Henderson keeps playing like crap and Horn keeps getting burnt and missing tackles. We dont have a strong unit anywhere on this team

    Tepper has to look north to Buffalo to see how its done right. Draft a guy and under no circumstance mess with the coaching staff for multiple seasons. Let everyone grow and develop together under one system. Changing coordinators and coaches every year is a death knell for quarterbacks

    Well thats the big reason a lot of us on here hate him. He is just throwing poo at the wall praying it sticks without having a plan to build the franchise. Basically overhauling your staff when your ass is on the hot seat is the proverbial hail mary. If I had one question to ask him it would be "please detail the plan and the vision you have for this team going into year 3"
