I agree and know what you are saying but I think baseline Quinn elevates this franchise 3 levels up from Rhule. Still not great but watchable on sundays. And I think if tepper strikes out with the top guys he may just be okay with that

What about his flip flopping of draft strategy? "Hey lets get as many picks as we can, throw as many darts as we can" to "fug it draft picks dont matter"

Why the hell he didnt just hire a football guy as President from the start and just sit back for a couple of years to observe I will never understand. He could be totally hands off and still be adored by the fans

In regards to McCall I think you are way off. His accuracy and ability to throw off platform is top notch. The knock that I have read before the season is he didnt have the strength to push the ball downfield but they are doing that in the games I have watched. Will be interesting once the dust settles on what the scouts think. I still stand by my theory that the new staff will pick richardson around pick 5

Thats another issue with Fitt, if and I repeat if the report is true that fitt is focused on Quinn as candidate #1 then thats another reason to say good bye to him.

If rhule was a big reason fitt was hired then he needs to be moved on from and start anew and line the front office up where everyone is on the same page. I mean for fugs sake fitt has already traded a pick in the 2024 draft, his philosophy doesnt work. First it was trading back in the first draft and skipping talent then it was trading future picks to move up. Neither has worked
