  1. Richardson had the lowest Pressure to Sack rate last season while in Willis senior year he had the highest pressure to sack rate. Richardson knows how to move in the pocket, knows when to pull the cord and run and more importantly is a beast to bring down. I want stroud something fierce but if we end up with AR I am not complaining. Dude looks like he could be fun with good coaching and a good offense.
  2. The rules didnt help tua. Young is going to get hit and every so often he is going to get severely slammed to the ground. It just is what it is. The question can that frame handle it over 17 games multiple years. I doubt personally. The kid is the smallest qb in modern history to be drafted. If he works out it would literally be the first of its kind. And lol at EC saying he can play at 215. The dude struggled to get to 204 and then didnt do any of the drills. If that is his true weight then I am sure he has no problem weighing at his pro day or interviews.
  3. It kindof doesnt once you figure we are resigning burns, chinn, brown on the horizon. I suspect we pick up the 5th on brown and try to extend him asap but maybe not. Chinn is going to be due for a nice extension as well. We will have cap space but its not like we are going to be flush
  4. Only you verge and micifinent thought he would be a first rounder. The rational posters knew this dude was fools gold
  5. two words aqueel glass he can lead us out of the darkness
  6. Ive listened to a few post combine pods with guys that were there and all of them said they were still surprised at how small he is. Its nuts and like the pff guys said, he may be elusive in the pocket but at some point a guy like Matt Milano or whoever is going to get their hands on you or get a direct clean shot.
  7. I dont believe either as we are literally one day out of the combine and still have in house interviews etc and more importantly there is no fuging way anyone in the front office A) has a clue of the direction yet and even more importantly B) is telling Joe Person, Leaky, Verge fuging anyone what their plans potentially are. People need to step back and use some logic. If anyone told Person that it was clearly to plant a story but I dont even believe that happened
  8. https://mfootballanalytics.com/2023/02/27/anthony-richardson-review/ Re Richardson Sack Avoidance and Pocket Movement One of my favorite things about Anthony Richardson is how he doesn’t take sacks and moves well in the pocket. His 9.2% pressure to sack rate (PFF) is elite level of sack avoidance. As we can see in the graph below, pressure to sack rate stays pretty stable from college to the pros so it is fair to assume Richardson will have great sack avoidance in the NFL too. Re Bryce Here is a good podcast post combine by guys that were there about the prospects. At 1:16 they go in depth about Young the good and the bad. They love his game but at some point a defensive end is going to put their hands on you and its not going to be pretty a la Tua https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/2023-nfl-combine-biggest-winners-and-losers/id913714358?i=1000603001956
  9. If we trade to #1 and give up 3 firsts then that qb is getting minimum minimum 3 years to see what he does. If by year 3 he still sucks then guess what we do it again. The 3 firsts are not going to hurt as much as you think. We have some quality players but yes we do need depth and that is what the later rounds and FA are for
  10. He might be able to practice in July. You think Reich is rolling with that?
  11. Its clear as day but he is believing some dude on here named leaky
  12. Bingo, we just fuged with the saints and we were never going to sign him with this staff and these prospects
