  1. no poo, so what we missed on a DE, there were still good oline, linebacker and Te prospects just sitting there. Live to fight another day
  2. I like the bryce pick, hes the best qb we have had in half a decade I love the mingo pick for numerous reasons I despise the DJ pick for numerous reasons
  3. its a 3rd and a 4rth for a 24 year old "project". Draft grade or not that looks fuging stupid on paper
  4. The 4rth better produce a damn offensive lineman, there are plenty left that could add crucial depth which we dont have
  5. I love, absolutely love the mingo pick but goddamn that shouldnt send fitt and co into a damn death spiral of desperation in trying to get a DE. Just take the lump and move on down the road.
  6. I mean do they really think this dude is going to be a better building block for your team then Darnall washington? It really doesnt make a lick of sense
  7. Its not just the pick its the giving up a 4rth for it
  8. Not really https://www.nfl.com/prospects/dj-johnson/32004a4f-4820-4752-6ea6-b2eea911de03 Lacks run game recognition and shed timing. Tackle technique will need work. https://bleacherreport.com/articles/10073740-dj-johnson-nfl-draft-2023-scouting-report-for-carolina-panthers-edge – When lined up head up on the tackle, he lacks block recognition and agility to avoid getting reached. – He has a habit of gambling and leaving his gap early against the run. – Struggles to break down and tackle in space.
  9. then bite the bullet and go a different direction, look at the draft board there was a poo load of talent left that were other positions. We got desperate and it bit us in the ass
  10. wasted draft capital a 24 year old project that hasnt produced poo and is only being drafted based on his combine results
  11. When the consensus on here, the consensus of the draft people pretty much say it was a bad trade and pick coupled with Kayes tweet I am pretty goddamn confident that this was a mistake
  12. and that goes to show you even those professionals panic and make mistakes under pressure
  13. And I am fine with that, just dont give up assets to get a 24 year old project when there are still good players on the board at other positions
  14. With all the talent still left on the board, just bite the bullet and admit the wr gamble fuged you in the pursuit of a de and go in a different direction. Life to fight another day and all that. Why go all panicky pete and not only reach but give away assets to go after a mid 20's developmental guy? I thought we literally just drafted one of those last year
  15. This was a bad bad panic move by Fitt. Really fuging stupid move
