  1. I wish we were better at football so these types of stories wouldnt appear
  2. I hear you dude but again knowing a coach and gm is going to have young forced on them and with limited cap space and picks its going to considerably narrow the candidate pool. Bite the bullet, run it back with all of them and if it works it works if not replace everyone including young
  3. I would imagine you severely narrow your selection pool for gms if tepper insists on Reich and young as being part of the deal.
  4. Lots of blow job and sweetheart talks happening now with the young Stan’s. Seems…….odd say the least.
  5. uh, no https://www.nfl.com/news/colts-owner-jim-irsay-calls-carson-wentz-era-a-mistake-for-us-it-was-something-w
  6. he would be insane to take that responsibility, I think he knew how to subtly affect the process without being culpable or getting his hands dirty
  7. rock bottom will be watching the bears take williams (or maye) and then immediately drafting MHjr. Thats going to be a tough watch
  8. reich didnt have a problem moving on because Irsay told him to get rid of the guy
  9. sure it is we just have to bring in dalton to do it
  10. https://www.washingtonpost.com/sports/2023/10/18/nfl-quarterbacks-passing-yards/ this is also interesting and it seems like the data is skewed, maybe from covid I dont know 7.9 in 2020 7.8 2023
  11. you are looking at throws over 20 yards and I am talking about yards per attempt as a whole which yes dipped in 2022 but is back up this year edit to say this chart shows https://www.pro-football-reference.com/years/NFL/passing.htm yards per att and actual yards gained slightly ticked down from 7.1 - 6.9 and 6.9 -6.7 Not a huge deal but down. Not sure what the first chart showed it going up and completions % doesnt fluctuate that much since 2018 hovers in the 64 range with a high 65.2 There were 3,416 attempts at least 15 yards downfield during the 2022 regular season, the fewest in any season since 2006. But when quarterbacks did let it fly, they were pretty successful. Completion percentages on those attempts of at least 15 yards downfield was 45.1% -- the second-highest completion percentage in a single season since 2006. If I am misreading that chart then I stand corrected but to me the yards per attempt is going up
  12. I mean at some point he and/or tepper have to give a press conference and if our media has any balls they absolutely have to ask this especially in light of corral simply disappearing
  13. we are 1 of 2 teams that had a chance to get both and we passed on them. The guy we spent 2 picks on instead of howell has his face on the side of a milk carton
  14. This league and these rules are made for pushing the ball down field, our dumb ass owners drafted a guy whose forte is bubble screens because of his weak arm.
