    I dont see how we can cut Teddy. I would like to see us draft a guy and then restructure his deal to a more accommodating back up price/ Maybe tack on a couple of years while lowering the overall price tag

    But what does that have to do with Teppers "patience"? If its clear Teddy isnt getting it done then he needs to be replaced. I am not sure how you are pulling tepper into this. Maybe i am reading you wrong but it jsut seems you are assuming an awful lot based on really nothing. We are trying to upgrade. Nothing less, nothing more.

    I am saying in 20 years it has never happened. 4 qbs in 10 picks. Thats the modern era of the nfl where passing has become king. Lance will be there along with another guy probably. I mean teams havent even interviewed or properly evaluated these guys yet. Its insane to think one of them will not be there at 8

    I think being from the Pitt organization he understands what is and what isnt a quick fix. I think he is perfectly fine with where the franchise is and where its heading. Especially now that marty is up north do hurney things
