We are easily the leaders in the clubhouse for the #1 pick as we stand today. I honestly don’t see a close 2nd. We got incredibly lucky the first 3 games of this season. Not going to happen again. What team is going to be worse then us next year?

I would be more then willing to be open to a 3rd year if rhule showed even a faint sense that he had a clue that he knows what he is doing. Setting aside his actual coaching the things like roster makeup, qb choices, joe Brady, Christensen, etc just scream to me he hasn’t a clue. There is no plan in place at all.

Not sure what thread to put this in. And yeah its like a 3rd hand rumor. But my brother knows someone that works in ticketing with the panthers and the rumor is that Tepper wants Rhule to bring him 3 OC names that he can hire 100%. If Tepper approves they hire him and rhule keeps coaching. If rhule bobbles this then he is done 100% hearsay I acknowledge just wanted to post it somewhere

Sure, we will see. His overall on pff is 50 so I am not overly optimistic. I think there was probably something else going on in Jacksonville that made them move on from him so quickly. I get that they are incompetent but still, he was a top 10 pick and they had enough of him in record time

This absolutely tells me this front office is in over its head. Signing those 2 scrubs the first fuging hour of free agency is all you need to know about how stupid rhule is in evaluating lineman. Not picking one in the 2020 or 2021 first round is another example. He (and probably Fitt) are fuging clueless and this is looking like a clown show.

Plus he is using one game that he watched as some sort of definitive declaration. The fact is the Chargers had one of the worst lines last season and now seems to be ranked in the middle of the NFL and it starts 2 rookies on it. And they just went from 6 to 9 wins. But just watching one game and deciding based on it that the line is still bad is a horrifically bad take.

From what I have read and researched about the top 3 guys this is what I am gathering. Neal is the most physically imposing just a beast of a tackle that uses his size very well. Athletic for his size. Not sure why folks would want him to move to RT Cross: A bit, just a bit of a project due to his youth and frame but once 10-20 more pounds are added to his already 305 lb body the sky is the limit. He has the most upside of any of the three due to his freaking athleticism and overall nastiness. Ikem: Does everything well right now like Neal is a plug and play forget out him for a decade player. Excels in run blocking and is tough as nails and not afraid to mix it up. Craves contact. I would be through the moon for one of the 3. I think we will have our choice of 2 of the 3 maybe all 3 depending if the any of the qbs rise
