Come on man, I am on record that I love Lance and think he is a great fit for us because he can sit. But he is coming from a d2 team on a limited snap count. The speed alone will take him a year at least to figure out. There is no way on Gods green earth that he starts anytime soon and is effective for whatever team drafts him. The transition from D1 speed to the NFL happens to every player but the transition from d2 with a limited snap count is going to be insane.

I dont get that at all. Lance is at best 2 years away and San Frans roster is built to win now like in 2021. Trading all of that capital for a project like Lance doesnt make sense
