  1. hell no If that were to happen I could see Richardson being the pick.
  2. He is going to win the underwear olympics and some crazy team is going to fall in love with him. He you can harness his ability then he would be the most talented and physical qb in the league. Just not sure that is possible right now as he is a long long way away
  3. I should have put a disclaimer on that post. Those are not my critiques of him but those three guys in the podcast. I havent watched that much of hooker tbh. The alabama game and maybe another one. But at 25 and having to completely change to a nfl offense is concerning.
  4. Age is just a part of it. Levis is in a nfl offense. Hooker is in a mickey mouse offense with no overwhelming traits and will be 25 at draft time. Also has accuracy concerns. I doubt the heisman trophy moves the needle for nfl gms anymore. Give it a listen they talk about hooker towards the end.
  5. gotcha, wasnt sure what you were saying Personally I think once the combine rolls in and the real measurements come on out (5'10) couple that with a not cannon for an arm, not an elite scrambler and coming from bama I can see this kid plummeting in drafts
  6. No quarterback has ever been drafted in the first that was under 6ft and 200lbs. You willing to bet on an aberration? They said most gms are even scared of qbs under 215lbs. Could Young be the unicorn maybe, but I sure as hell wouldnt want to take that big of a risk
  7. cliff notes: Bryce Young - half the gms half him off their boards, 5'10 under 200lbs is just too big of a risk Stroud - Does everything okay nothing incredible stands out. Not a good of a prospect as fields Levis - Pro style shannonan offense can probably start right away but not sure how much better he can get Richardson - unreal tools, someone will take him in the first on general principle Van dyke - needs seasoning, needs reps but throws big time NFL throws Hooker - they all basically laughed at him. Too old and his offense is as far from an nfl offense as it can get. rattler - not sure what his problem is and has a great arm Some team will take hooker and spencer in the late late rounds just to see
  8. https://www.theringer.com/2022/10/27/23427581/the-2023-qb-draft-class-everything-you-need-to-know-right-now Pretty good look at the qbs
  9. Our corners are hurt and they dont throw all that much. May equal out if they stick to the heavy run game. I did watch last week and it did seem like they were trying to force feed Pitts in certain situations
  10. Good primer about the Falcons and their run game https://www.theringer.com/nfl/2022/10/28/23427789/atlanta-falcons-run-heavy-offense-arthur-smith
  11. There needs to be a breathalyzer installed on here before you can start threads. This may be the dumbest one in a month
  12. How many teams have a “winning culture” in the nfl? Steelers. KC. Balt. Pats. This whole culture thing is overblown. Build a good team and go win. Talent and coaching matters. Culture not so much.
  13. Dont worry baker, we saw how highly in demand you were last time you were on the market 5 short months ago
  14. I don’t hate him at all you are being dramatic. I have said since training camp rhule fuged this kid. I have also Said the odds of a 3rd round pick becoming a franchise guy is astronomical. Now with his injury and new staff there is no realistic avenue for him to contribute to this team in the near future. otas and minicamps don’t give a rookie learning a new offense that much of a head start? Goddamn dude okay I am not even getting in to that with you. Just look at baker for exhibit a.
  15. The fact is he is hurt and cannot practice until aug. it doesn’t matter who the coach is. That’s a fact.
