    Only thing I have seen/heard fron guys like Ellis, council, person and Kaye lately is to let things "play out" with the last 5ish games. Plenty of time to discuss Bryce in the off season. As if the last 5 games will change anyone's mind.

    I am not sure why he would take less than he is owed just to get out though and again it doesnt solve any problem at all other then getting off of bryce. I am not sure who the answer is but I know its not him at 36 years old.

    He will be 36 next year with 2 years on his deal. 26 is manageable but in 2027 it jumps to 40 million per. I dont see how that is anywhere close to a solution.
