Even at that level it still shows that he is making extremely poor decisions or is a complete moron or perhaps both. All things considered the hornets (MJ) were completely tone deaf given this team and cities history with out of control athletes. And the fan reaction last night is exhibit A that I am 100% right. LOL Mack and Bone literally just said that in order to interview Miller the hornets had them to agree to not ask any questions about the incident. fuging cowards. It also seems possible—if not probable—that the Hornets picked Miller over Scoot Henderson because Henderson is a point guard and the team already has LaMelo Ball. This isn’t football! You don’t need to worry about your depth chart with the second pick in a stacked class! You need to take the best player on the board, and most draft analysts felt that was Henderson, not Miller. The Hornets fan base seems to agree.

You are looking at that in hindsight obviously but the overall majority of tes picked in the first are just not worth it. TG being the obvious outlier. I mean Olsen only had 3 1000 yard seasons and never double digit tds. And he really didnt start producing until 7ish years into his career. If you knew you were getting a te with gronks/kelce stats then sure but its damn near impossible to project that.

TE are not first round worthy draft picks. You are right and we have discussed this in depth, they simply are not worth burning a first on.
