Its frustrating that tepper is going against the grain again in building this front office/team. Its a tried and true method of picking the gm and then getting a coach that is on the same page. It works. Numerous examples around the league. Could what he is doing work, sure but I would think the risk his higher doing what he is doing

I am fairly certain, based on our previous drafts, that our scouting dept is utter poo, and I am fairly certain that the bulk of our free agent signings are utter poo.
