Rookie HC is like a rookie QB. There's gonna be mistakes made. Growing pains, etc. The real question is, how does he respond to bumps in the road, and will he be given enough time to grow as a coach? I don't know if Canales will work out or not, but rookie mistakes have to be expected.

Is Dalton healthy enough to play? Or are we just going to suffer Plummer's wrath again?

I don't know how you can honestly post this after yesterday. Everyone wants to be hopeful except for maybe one or two people. Quite the generalization to make. -
My initial reaction was WTF they're insane. But after the dust settled, it might not be that bad of an idea. Maybe they didn't pick the right guy, and maybe they should have told Kirk their plans. But the fundamentals behind the idea are hard to argue with.

I don't care if we only win 2 games, as long as the team looks like its headed in the right direction by the end of the season. This season isn't about making a playoff push. That would be a stretch goal. This season is about getting on track. I think the Dan Campbell Lions are a good example.

It's all up to A A Ron. Thats a good roster. Hot take: Jersey Mike's Philly is not good enough to warrant the paint peeling farts in the hours after eating it. -
Nobody's gonna remember this at the end of the year. It's just boring and there's nothing else to argue about.

That would suck, but I’d take another QB next year like Philip Rivers and Drew Brees. I think the need to get some practice plays in a game outweighs the risk of injury in this situation. We’re not winning anything. I think everyone knows that. But we can agree to disagree. I don’t necessarily think it’s wrong. It feels like this is the result of a rookie HC, and not necessarily some new wave of preseason philosophy.

There are a lot more starters playing than not though. The overall vote of NFL head coaches says it’s valuable that they play. Hot take 2003 edition: It’s not Andy’s fault the Eagles didn’t win a Super Bowl.

He probably should have just said he talked with TMJ privately about it. He kinda called him out. It's tough, but I was more encouraged by TMJ's energy than I was disappointed in his actions. Last week he was cutting up while dropping passes on the sideline. Now he's catching a TD and throwing the ball at the DB lol. I'll take the latter please. -
Someone will go down on a playoff team and Gilmore will be there waiting. I think we're ok at corner as long as Horn can finally stay healthy. I really don't think it's going to make or break this season. Plus it appears we may finally have good safety play.

It was a silly signing. Seems to make more sense to draft a RB every 2-3 years.
-
Well that table there is why Miles Sanders is still on the team.

Someone should tell Andy Reid he's an idiot.

Yea seems like an easy way to get the stadium burned down.
