    Kinda puzzling to me because of how weak the top of the class is. If he's Drake London, that's gotta be a pretty good pick out of this class right? London was selected 8 overall and PFF had him ranked as the 7th best receiver last year.

    Cam is the only one that’s debatable for me personally. No offense to the defensive guys. But prime Steve smith was a 1 man game changer that delivered every week.

    I agree. It’s just if most teams don’t feel that differently about 8 than they do 18, there’s not going to be much of a market for moving down. We just need to pick the best player at 8.

    Probably not. He's no sure thing either, and we'd have to give up too much.

    Yea well the top of this class isn't deep, so everyone is a reach.

    Maybe size wise, but T-Mac completely eclipses XL as a receiving prospect. Whether he's worth the 8 overall pick is another issue.

    I know the KHL isn't the NHL but the shot on this guy seems next level. I can't wait to see him on the power play.

    Jankowski kind of reminds me of when we got Jussi Jokinen years ago. He was more skilled than Jankowski offensively, but he had a bit of a lucky streak after he joined the Canes.

    Weak top of the class and we've already narrowed it down beyond that. Not much to choose from at 8, and I don't think we'll get great value on a trade back because of it.
