That should be reviewable by coaches challenge. They've taken most of the challenges away from coaches, but why not let them review that? It's clear as day to anyone watching the replay, and it had a significant impact on the game. (Even if GB just got their ass kicked either way)

Jameis had a great game. Yeah the INT that got called back wasn't great, but he still played better than a lot of people expected. If Sam had the same game you guys would be talking about how great it was, that he threw 5 TDs, only did what was asked of him, etc.
-
Relax, Teddy. Tyrod Taylor balled out too, but I wouldn't want him as the future of the Panthers either.
-
Arnold seems like he has zero YAC potential, and he looks slow out there. Leaves a lot to be desired for a young QB that's trying to find his rhythm.

Shaq Thompson deserves some love

Shaq also thought it was his best game as a Panther -
I would tend to agree. It's still early, but Sam appears to have more raw arm talent than Jake had. I loved Jake, but he was basically 100% mojo. Sam sailed a few passes just enough to miss the guy. But not bad enough to sail into the arms of the defender. Hopefully he can improve his consistency as the season goes on.

Hey Teddy actually balled out today. But, they're probably just waiting for an easier matchup. Don't want to throw Fields to the wolves against Aaron Donald, Jalen Ramsey, etc.
-
Given that things have played out now, can we really say that Eli was so wrong to refuse being drafted by the Chargers? Not that Eli was a great QB by any means, but think about Rivers on those Giants teams.
-
Yeah Nagy let the Bears defense atrophy into mediocrity, and their offense is just as lackluster as ever. He's been a complete failure.
-
They won games with Taysom Hill at QB. Jameis has the talent. Unfortunately for us, I think Payton is going to have his guy for years to come.
-
I just think Stafford is an interesting case. Because he's been pretty solid his whole career, but just been on bad teams. What if he's on the TB12 diet and he can play another 5-10 years at a high level. But now he's on a good team, and could potentially get a championship.
-
What do you guys think about Stafford? Is he potentially HOF worthy? What would he need to do in LA to get there?
-
Hot take, but I don't think Russ needs another ring to be in the hall. He is a HOF level player.
-
The point is the guy has played with 3 QBs that are better than most will ever play with. He was a product of the system in NO.
-
Russell Wilson and Aaron Rodgers aren't bad either...
-
When Jimmy Graham was on the Saints, he was viewed as perhaps the most dangerous redzone weapon in the game. He has never been close to that level since.
-
He's been MIA since he left New Orleans.
-
I don't understand why they don't just put Fields in there. It's not like Dalton is a viable starter.
-
It's gonna be a tough game to say the least. Saints look like a contender, and we... well we have work to do.

Way too much football left to write the Bills off.

We can’t go into next week with Santoso right? RIGHT?
PNW_PantherMan replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
I'm more concerned with the fact that we elected to punt the ball 10 yards instead of going for the 4th and 7. -
His comments probably got him off the team, but he probably wasn't too far from the truth.
-
Well lets hope its next weekend, because we'll be playing against him lol.

Snow called a good game. He didn't get soft until later in the game. We put a lot of heat on Wilson today, including on key 3rd downs. I don't hate the soft zone when leading late by more than a TD, because it forces the offense to burn more clock. It just didn't work as well as planned, and we ended up giving up big plays. The defense played really well overall. The only bad performance I noticed was Jeremy Chinn just looked lost in coverage. That was very surprising, because I expected him to be a stud today.

He was not good today, but he's relatively low on the priority list of problems to fix.
