    I thought the Allen Iverson comparison was a good one. Both players had short peaks, but were goat level for a brief period. Both players lost in the finals and didn’t win the championship. Court was pretty tilted for the Lakers if I recall.

    The best players typically have some kind of chip on their shoulder driving continual improvement. Tom Brady was like that. Trevor Lawrence has been on cruise control since his first year at Clemson.
