    They are both replaceable. Dowdle's been great, but it's a rotational position. Unless you have a HOF level back I'm not sure its worth locking one into a big contract.

    Rico’s 2 week stint as starter was the most productive 2 game stint for a running back since LeVeon Bell in 2011. You don’t need permission to keep that guy in the game.

    I think the official story is the team never confirmed it was a high ankle sprain. It was a generic ankle injury that caused him to miss a week. The optics of it are just funny.

    In a way that would make Bryce the QB this year no matter what. Which is arguably the right decision. It just sucks to watch on TV.

    Backup QB is always the most popular. When Young became the backup he became popular again. Bad performance means people want change. Even if its the same thing over and over.

    I believe the quote was "It took Jay Z seven years to be an overnight success". Which I like quite a bit more. It's subtle but it implies you should expect no improvement until year 7 is complete.
