One of the benefits of doing a few stints as a coordinator is working under different head coaches and observing how they do things. Canales has worked under Pete Caroll and then he was an OC for 1 season. Honestly I think he needs more time in the oven and he might be good at his next HC gig. Yea that's why I'm on board with signing some cast off veteran QB to a 1 year prove it deal. Just keep building the team and get someone at QB who can be functional at the NFL level for now.
