I'm telling you guys, Burns isn't being moved because it doesn't improve the team today. While it might not make sense for an 0-6 team, it makes sense for Scott Fitterer. This team has to show something in the 2nd half of the season of he's likely sent packing. Moving Burns for draft picks does nothing but hurt the chances of that. And there's no guarantee that Fitterer will be around to use those draft choices.

He won’t get traded because Fitt needs this team to salvage what they can of this season or he’s likely gone. I doubt Fitt is going to blow up what’s left of the team for draft picks he won’t likely be making. It’s the same reason Fitt didn’t take the Rams package, and the same reason the Rams didn’t value those picks that much. GMs are all about right now because they may not be employed years down the line. The only way I think he gets traded is if a good receiver is involved in the return. And I think that’s pretty unlikely. Player for player trades are rare in the NFL and even rarer during the season.

If you can’t get on the field as a receiver on this roster, you are straight ass.

Unfortunately no other teams have Scott Fitterer as their GM.

Not sure how thats calculated but 23rd is better than I would have expected for the worst team in the league.

For real. Our talent on defense is not good. Outside of Brown, Burns and Luvu its a junk heap out there.

It was not a good game overall, but Young did actually make a few of his best throws as a pro in the 2nd half. I'm still not super optimistic, but it was nice to see him flash some arm talent.
