MacAdoo designed the offense for Darnold so hopefully we'll see some more variety in the plays this week.

Darnold makes 2-4 "WOW" plays that show that he has the talent but the turnovers and missed throws with bad pocket footwork show that he's still the same guy he was last year. 

If we as an organization have decided tank the rest of the season, I can see them starting Darnold. However, if Wilks is still trying to win games, then I think he goes back to PJ. 

If we stay at the #2 pick, then either Stroud or Young. If we fall out of that range, then Richardson at whatever pick we do have I don't care if it'll be considered a reach. 

Hats off to the Defense and special teams. The offense can walk all the way back to charlotte

With how bad the Rhule hire turned out to be I can see Tepper wanting to either play it safe by keeping Wilks or by trying to overpay for a proven commodity like Payton however unlikely that is to happen. My dream hire is DeMeco Ryans from the 49ers with keeping Wilks on staff to mentor him. Dude just looks like a future star HC, and you can tell his players play super hard for him.

Anthony Richardson is gonna be pushing Stroud for QB #2 by the time the draft comes around if he comes out.

It also helps to look at the fact that the NFC doesn't have Allen or Mahomes. Let's look at all the NFC teams QB's and see if you'd rather have them or Carr.

If the plan that Fitter and Tepper chose is to win now, then Carr is a good option. But I still think drafting a QB would be the best option for the long-term success of the franchise even if the drafted pick might be a bust. 

If the season ends and we aren't in a position to get Stroud, Young or Richardson then getting Carr would be the next best option but only if it's for a reasonable price in a trade or getting him in FA if he is released 

He's a top 10 QB but man that contract paired with his age and what we'd have to trade to get him is just too much. But if the Raiders were to go full rebuild and cut him then I'd be all in. 

If we are somehow unable to get 1 of the 4 1st round QB's Young, Stroud, Levis, Richardson or trade for Lamar then I'd be ok with going into next year with Corral. It's just highly unlikely that a new HC is gonna come in and hitch their wagon to a 3rd round QB from the last regime unless they had no other options.
