I poo'd your post because you are trying to play the victim for being an absolute nuisance across the board as of late. I also do not poo very often. What's odd is I distinctly recall seeing you in a thread where you read posts saying to take a step back and then responded by... calming down for a while and contributing to discussion, before then reverting back to this state. Nobody is out to get you, take a chill pill man. There is a lot of pessimism around here, but honestly that's just sort of how the fanbase is sometimes.. an up and down team will do that for you especially given the last 4 years.

Fingers crossed, I really do hope we make the playoffs this season. Been too long. If not though we're still a young up and coming team and I don't think it was realistic to expect more from this group this season. Making the playoffs would be huge for this squad and really show that we're ahead of schedule. With the extra wildcard spot, it's not out of the question for us to make it. I'm already willing to say that our defense is a good unit. The main concern to me is the offensive line because at their current state they are playing so poorly that any time we play a team with a decent defensive front no matter the quality of the rest of their roster it can completely ruin the game for us. The line being so poor throws the entire offense out of sync; we can't throw deep very much because Sam is often pressured on his 2nd read, that also probably contributes to Sam flat out missing reads at times though that is a Sam issue too. Since we cant threaten deep that well DBs can start jumping the short routes. Not to mention that he can't really step up into the pocket. Brady's playcalling hasn't helped things but I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt for now since he's young and had little playcalling experience beforehand. OL needs to be a top priority next off-season. Christensen wasn't great last week but he was about as good as you could hope for in a rookie OT getting their first start. In an ideal world our tackle situation ends being settled but it's too early to say that firmly and we'll have to see how it evolves over the year. CMC coming back will ease the OL woes some. His threat out of the backfield will hopefully stop opposing teams from just pinning their ears back. If, or well when.. one of guards get put on their ass Sam can quickly check it down to him. It's just concerning because we can't keep relying on CMC like we have, we're going to run him into the ground in short order. Chubba looks good and he was one of my favorite picks of this past draft (along with Deonte, who I hope we see in the game at some point this season) but as of now his brick hands are really disadvantageous to us given the situation on the interior. Still, I hope we continue to use him once CMC's back particularly on earlier downs; it's kind of a no brainer unless we're trying to go for the any% world record on how fast we can run a franchise legend into the ground.

No Respect for the Panthers - What Cowboys Fans are Saying
beo replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yeah I understand it's a bit annoying to go to the other team's forum to look for actual information on the opposing team and have nothing but a wave of insults and little useful remarks, just the nature of the beast. There are some though if you dig enough, Saca provided a nice breakdown on our defense earlier on the first post of this page. I sort of ran into the same problem looking at a couple Dallas ones recently and with other teams like it with louder fanbases in the past so I feel your pain. -
No Respect for the Panthers - What Cowboys Fans are Saying
beo replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
Surely you're aware that you're on a Panthers forum, correct? Did you expect to see an outpouring of love and positivity for your team here? See, the reason the 2015 game is being discussed here isn't us reminicising over beating you; if we were doing that we'd be talking about how we held you to 8 points and Dak to 130 passing yards the last time we played! The reason is that the Panthers along with other smaller market/fanbase teams are usually brushed off and overlooked by the media and average fan. I'm not saying I agree with this rationale from some of our fans; I think it's odd that folks here allow themselves to be riled up by what some talking head is saying for the sole purpose of causing controversy but that's a different discussion. The Cowboys won all but one of those titles when the Panthers weren't in the league, 1995 which was the inagural season of our franchise. The Cowboys have less playoff games since both teams have been in the league, and have appeared in only one NFC championship game, the 1995 one, in this timeframe. The Panthers have appeared in four and advanced to two super bowls. This is in spite of being a young expansion team. Historically, young teams usually struggle (and we're not an exception, to be fair); the Panthers have had one of the better first 25 years of any post merger expansion team. This odd belief of yours that Dallas has been some model organization in that "same span" while we're some downtrodden franchise is amusing, but not reflected in reality. Cheers, and good luck to your team on Sunday. I expect a close game. -
20-16 good guys It'll be our first real test but we'll hold their running game in check and get some pressure by exploiting their young center with our odd looks and blitzes and force Dak to throw a lot of quick release passes.. which he will, but it'll lead to them settling for a considerable amount of field goals. Teams'll have a couple of turnovers each, think it'll be lower scoring than people expect as that Dallas defense isn't bad. Diggs'll do well on Moore but it'll open up Robby and Terrace to make some plays on their weaker corners like Anthony Brown. Can go either way, can't wait for sunday.
