Moving wouldn't bother me that much because I sort of am in the reverse situation being in New York. They don't come on TV here, they aren't talked about on the radio, and no one else is a fan around me. Yet I still follow them. I could see myself following them no matter where they moved to. But, they ain't moving.

Two posters have said today that they are done with the Panthers if we were to hire Sean Payton. I don't know if I believe they'd actually walk away from being a fan though. So the question is simple ... is there anything the team could realistically do that would make you say bye? I'll always be a fan. However, Jake's meltdown back in the day turned me from a rabid Panthers fan into the calm almost casual fan I am today. I could see myself drop one tier lower though, which probably means not watching every game and not even bothering to know who our starters are. What would that be? If he stays in school, he'll still go top 5 next season. It makes no sense to think otherwise. It also makes no sense for him to want an extra 5 mil (NIL) now before getting his NFL money the following year, as when you're making big NFL money, 5 mil is nothing. So if he doesn't declare it's for only two reasons IMHO: he doesn't want to play for the Texans, or he actually likes college life and wants to do it for one more year.
