  1. As someone that lives in NYC, I'll just say you have no clue what you're talking about, ripp.
  2. Hey look, it's another QB/Draft thread! Wow!
  3. Last draft it was wait til next year even though we took Corral. This draft is wait til next year even though Stroud is just as good if not better than Maye and Williams. Next draft will be wait til next year for someone on here. GO GET STROUD. When you have a shot at a possible ... yes possible ... elite QB you go get him. Stop waiting. Stop second guessing. Get the damn kid.
  4. We don't have much of an option. AR is not as good as Stroud is right now. Much bigger gamble. Levis is not as good as Stroud is period. Young is as good, but has a small frame for the NFL. Rodgers isn't coming here. Carr is in NO. It's either pony up for Stroud or have another season of Darnold. That's pretty much where our franchise is.
  5. The only thing I don't like about Levis is that he doesn't pronounce his name like the jeans. Bring Stroud to us all!
  6. Indeed they are. One had a bad game versus Michigan so he sucks. The other had no WRs so he doesn't suck. One had stats galore, the other did not. One is faster and bigger and stronger. One throws much better. So ... what can we, as fans, actually go on?
  7. 6'3" 220 works for me. You do know I'm NOT talking about Young, right?
  8. I like you as a poster, but you're a Gator Fan so it's a waste of time to go back and forth with you. It's like 4Corners and Linville with UNC. I say that in a kind way, btw. Not poking you with a stick.
  9. Player A is a nice normal size. Player B is a freak of nature. Neither means they'll make a good QB because of it.
  10. ... and Player B did what in the SEC?
  11. Who do you want as a QB? Player A - Amazing throwing motion. Amazing footwork. Good arm. Amazing accuracy. Player B - Jumps super high and far. Super fast. Strong. Built like a cyborg.
  12. "Someone just shouted, 'Two of you need to lose weight!' at us ... "
  13. True, but AR is not going to be running every single play. He's fast ... neat. That means next to nothing in the grand scheme of things. Maybe AR should be a TE. Or hell ... let's put the fastest WRs and DBs in at QB. We need to see how AR throws on a throw by throw basis, under pressure, how his footwork is, and how well he can play in the pocket. If he knocks all that out of the park ... he's the man. If not, he's just a freak of nature and you need more than that as a QB.
  14. Truth: we have a Gators fan who knows all about AR and how his poor team hurt his performance. Lies: we have a Wildcats fan who knows all about Levis and how his poor team hurt his performance. Never change, Huddle. And no, I don't want Levis. It's just funny.
  15. Bruh ... take a look at Tom Brady's 40 time and vert! Then do Mahomes' 40! Then Josh Allen's 40! Those guys had butt times. I bet they sucked as NFL QBs.
  16. Be serious, Cas. All you need to be a SB winning QB is to be able to jump super high/far and run really fast. It's official, ok? Who cares how well he passes a football.
  17. “I can definitely get better at delivering the ball and helping my guys out," Richardson said. "But I can’t also catch every pass. If I could, I would definitely. It’s just helping guys out and helping guys help me."
  18. Old news, already posted. But yes, yes he did.
