The difference is that it was an HBCU. Had he gone from a Texas Tech to a Miami ... yeah no one would care. But when an entire generation struggles at college athletics due to systematic racism and whatnot, and you have the opportunity to make a massive change that could one day shift the way people view HBCUs, why would you leave? He let JSU down and you can't argue that. They're 4-2 this season and no one cares about them anymore. And just as we smack talk every non-HBCU coach weekly ... Deion is now no different he's in the limelight he oh so loves. So he's open to crticism. Are you really giving us the "Oh, lowly Colorado" train of thought? No ... LOWLY Jackson St. They need Deion.

The worst was JSU. He comes in, brings in talent, they have an amazing season, then he jets. Ok, it happens. Buuuuut ... he takes some of their best players with him. Basically saying, screw you JSU. He didn't want to be there from the start. He was GREAT for HBCUs. Could've really started something. Nope. Only cares about Deion.

I'd chalk that up to it's just never happened before so you can't compare it to anything else. Deion brought a LOT of talent with him. It's not like he's coaching an entire slew of nobodies. He has some very good players on that team. If you start from scratch, but you have good ingredients, is it really that impressive?

I turned it off at 14-0 lol. Woke up and checked the score lol. Then watched the highlight package on YT. Deion is not a coach ... yet. He's a recruiter. His post game was all about questioning his team's love for football. Well ... it's time we question his ability to coach. And you can say all you want about "if they had a better O-Line", etc. Well, if Stanford had some of the star players Colorado does ... same result? It comes down to coaching, and almost every time they pan the camera to Deion, he has the microphone pointed up. Is he even coaching??? He can recruit all the elite guys he wants over the next couple of seasons ... but he better start burning that midnight oil in the tape room. This isn't a video game.

He's my Fantasy QB. I'm tied for first in the league and am thinking about trying to trade him lol. He's doing ok sure ... but where are those 30-50 point games, dude? One guy in the league needs a better QB and has Ja'Marr Chase. Hmmmmmmm. (Oh, there are plenty of servicable FA QBs in my league too).
