I'd believe that if they gave a damn about the kid. He's not a league star. He's a media star because of his father, and a star in Charlotte. The NBA couldn't care less about the future of this kid. He's a dime a dozen great talent.

Almost as embarrassing as going all in with him JUST because he's a former MVP and "favorite son of Charlotte." 2022 needs a Panters QB not named Sam, Cam, or PJ behind center.

We ALL know they will draft hometown kid J.R. Reid ... uh, Sam Howell, trying to recreate some sort of Cam 2.0 ... and it will flop. Rinse repeat classic Panthers.

He destroyed the likes of South Florida, Tulane, Navy, Houston, SMU, Memphis, Cincinnati, Tulsa, ECU, UCF, Kansas, Texas Tech, TCU, KSU, WVU, Iowa State, and battled rough with Oklahoma, Okie St, and Texas.

Let's just all please agree that 5% of this board are lowlife, human trash racists who hate Cam. 5% are blind as a bat Cam homers who will blame everything other than him for any error he makes ... while accusing anyone who criticizes him as part of that other 5%. Meanwhile, 90% of us understand that the O-Line and Coaching is the real problem that if fixed can make an average QB look great. But we don't want an avg QB. We want an elite QB. And that is not Cam, or PJ, or Sam. Thanks.

IMHO, O-Line is the 2nd most important aspect of a team behind QB (and an elite line can make an avg QB win) ... and ours is trash. Teddy, Sam, PJ, Cam all failed because the line is terrible. Yes, none of them are elite but an elite line would've made winners out of all of them. Okay, maybe not PJ.
