He's unstoppable at the goal line. The perfect weapon for that. Makes you wonder if Rivera and Rhule purposely don't have Cam do long bombs a lot because they know dink and dunks to the goal line are the Panthers bread and butter.

OP is one of those homer morons that says we're going 11-5 ... uh, 12-5 every season. He's the guy who thinks we'll win multiple SBs, be in the Playoffs every year, but then stops posting or talking about the Panthers half way through the season.

Do you all not get how hard it is to get to the SB? As for the Playoffs, we could get in next year with very minimal changes. As for being an ELITE team that gets in almost yearly? I'd say we'd be 2-3 seasons away from that ... with extensive changes. A coach, a QB, better this better that won't make us elite tomorrow. We've never been an elite franchise. And I don't see us making the extensive changes. We are what we are. Bottom team who has an amazing season every now and then. Love it or leave it.

But baseball is always my first love and I care less and less about NFL every season, especially since I left Charlotte. But nah, I'll always follow the team. I could see me not watching games at some point though.

Don't really want to wade through the thread but firing him now doesn't really give him a "jump" on finding the next coach. It's not like that month+ will have some super secret or coveted coach you have to land NOW. Next to no difference will be had searching now (which you can do with Rhule still here btw) or waiting.
