Its "no first round QB" because this is one of the worst QB draft classes in the last decade....How would that rookie perform with this Oline.... and then if he didn't make the playoffs you would have to fire Rhule anyway and hire a new coach who would want his guy. You trade for another retread and they will NOT succeed behind this Oline. Do you realize how much cap space and draft capital you will have to give up to get one of these QBs that's worth a crap? How would you then improve the worst oline in the league with no picks and no cap space? Its reasons like this that we are here in the first place. There is a definition of doing the same thing multiple times and not learning from your mistakes. It's called INSANITY.

On paper and on other NFL teams Joe Brady is the best coordinator available..... and I agree. Im not impressed with any of these names including Pep who is very overrated and just has the West Charlotte connection.

I don't even have to read through the thread to state: Again, Whoever decided that it was a good idea to sign Pat Eflein and Cam Erving to 3 year deals needs to get far away from this organization. If it was all Rhule, so be it, but I would've had a hard time as a GM signing off on that. I would do everything in my right mind to talk Rhule out of that. Those were two signings that not a single person on this board or the planet thought were good moves. At least the Darnold move had a little promise.

We need to cut the following: 1. Cam Erving 2. Pat Eflein 3. Morgan Fox 4. Aj Bouye How much would this save us? And then what would our total cap be after cutting the players above? Thanks!

Okay, then why would we resign him when we have to resign Reddick already and all our upcoming draft picks... we only have 29 million in cap and you just wiped it out there with Reddick and Gilmore. You did not touch the oline or QB position and we traded away all our draft picks. Plus, what is the point to sign a 32 year old to a big contract when you may be the worst team in the league next year........
