Absolutely seems to be the answer. From the same article he cherry picked this Stat: "If we include ALL QB cap hits for 2021 (active, reserve list, practice squad, & dead cap), the Rams hold the most Quarterback cap in the NFL by a wide margin. In fact, the $46.2M allocated to Rams' QBs in 2021 is the 2nd most of all-time, " And the year prior the bucs won with the single highest individual cap hit for a starter. We also see that Matt Ryan and Peyton manning made SBs with 15 and 18 percent cap hits respectively.

The team is going to suck if we take a qb at six. -

Neither Marshall nor tremble look like starters.

They talked themselves into it. First off, they believed they were better coaches than they are. That led them to believe they could unlock Sam's talent. If they succeeded Rhule would have his guy, who he fixed, and wouldn't upset his preferred Rhule centric power structure. But to be fair, Huddlers convinced themselves of it too. A lot of talk was made about how Tannehil became a better QB, how horrible Gase was, Sam being a better passer than Cam and Teddy, he would be good with the quick short reads and would play well if the pocket broke down because he throws well outside the pocket and anyone who said otherwise was a Cam nut hugger. Hilarious looking back.

Not anymore. It doesn't take 20 years of coaching to land a top gig. -
Riot: Panthers to take a major swing at QB?
Call Me James replied to WarPanthers89's topic in Carolina Panthers
With an improved oline the panthers would be a pretty good destination for a top tier vet to go. If we pretend Matt Rhule is a good coach. Lol -
I have to agree. I'd have appreciated him taking some blame and making discussing some shortcomings. Instead he just gaslighted us. I'd hope he'd taken in some criticism on any of the numerous exit meetings from his staff and players here and look to improve. Instead it looks like he's just going to try and reshuffle the deck chairs. Here's to hoping im wrong, i guess.
